I went so I could satisfy a craving I was having and had been having. I had a moment so I swung by and got the $7 box. It came with a drink and 1 beefy 5 layer burrito, 1 chicken chalupa supreme, 1 beef crunchy taco and 1 chips and cheese. I did dine in (despite several messy tables and all, but was a bit busy and that is up to the patrons to do their duty...apparently too many lazy people (were many younger kids there when I arrived)) and they had no sweet tea out there to drink, only the fountain. That was the 2nd thing that disappointed me...the first and primary thing was the requirement of ordering your food with the pad versus a person taking your order....even if you pay cash. I hate those things and have walked out of other Taco Bells because of it. They always direct you to it as well versus taking your order. The little guy that I paid my cash to had gloves on....took my cash put it in the register, gave me my change and then went back to making food...with the same gloves. I get my food and the overall flavor was spot on. The chicken chalupa though...the chalupa was too bready. The rest of the food was fresh tasting (as fresh as Taco Bell can be). Good temperature, texture, and flavor. They do not offer a military discount.

This is the worst Taco Hell ever, the evening manager is unbelievable. She does not work for the customer. The food is awful, you don't get what you order or pay for. Stay clear go some where else.

Website says they open at 6:30am. Pulled up at 6:45 and no one answered the drive thru. This has happened several times. Sat there for 3-5 minutes and never any service. Either change your hours or be ready to open at 6:30.

Every single time we've been there and had to order by going into the lobby the employees are incredibly rude. There was one day where we were going to pay in cash but one of the employees very harshly told us that "they don't have cash for a fifty." Our order was 42 dollars. I find it hard to believe that they didn't have eight dollars considering most tills have atleast 50 dollars in cash when they're first made. I wouldn't have had such a problem with it if the person telling us wasn't so disrespectful.

I ordered ONE item. A cheese quesadilla. They handed me basically a tortilla with shredded cheese only melted about 20%. I rarely ever ask restaurants to remake my food but it was so bad. The woman at the window had a terrible attitude, even though I asked nicely if they could make another. She REFUSED to give me a refund or remake it. She DEFINITELY needs to be checked. This happened at night. Here’s one star for the one disgusting quesadilla I was given & never had a chance to eat. And if a quesadilla costs $5, AT LEAST make it edible.

Takes 20+ minutes to get my food because i order a couple empanadas and a quesadilla, lady tells me empenadas take 10 minutes to cool otherwise they can't serve them?????
