i got a chicken quesadilla that was given to me as cheese. the guy who took my order was polite but the guy who gave me my order looked like he hated his life. i now hate mine too bc of my smooshed quesadilla after a 5 hour class & 45 min drive home. Afternoon shift is always pleasant and up to par but that’s not the case for night shift. also wasn’t given my receipt so i can complain in the app with my order number. BOOOOOO

Personal touch is gone! I walked up to the counter to place my order when a lady asked me what i was there for. I then told her to place my order. She then said you must use the kiosk loudly. I then asked if anyone could take my order in person. She said no you must use the kiosk! I told her at that point taco bell just lost my business and started walking out. She then stated bye then we didnt need your business anyway!

Everytime I come to Taco Bell at night Theresa skinny girl working the window. And she is BEYOND RUDE everytime!! And I’m tired of it. Next time she’s rude I will tell her off. They also ruined my food and didn’t give me the cheese sauce for my food/ nacho fries.

management is terrible and rude as hell! asked them to fix a 5 layer beefy burrito because all they did was load it with sour crème and beans. the ammount of beef they put on there was the size of the fingerprint on my index finger. unbelievable…
nah these guys hating this taco bell is legit your average taco bell. you won’t be disappointed and if you are… dawg it’s a taco bell lmao

I went so I could satisfy a craving I was having and had been having. I had a moment so I swung by and got the $7 box. It came with a drink and 1 beefy 5 layer burrito, 1 chicken chalupa supreme, 1 beef crunchy taco and 1 chips and cheese. I did dine in (despite several messy tables and all, but was a bit busy and that is up to the patrons to do their duty...apparently too many lazy people (were many younger kids there when I arrived)) and they had no sweet tea out there to drink, only the fountain. That was the 2nd thing that disappointed me...the first and primary thing was the requirement of ordering your food with the pad versus a person taking your order....even if you pay cash. I hate those things and have walked out of other Taco Bells because of it. They always direct you to it as well versus taking your order. The little guy that I paid my cash to had gloves on....took my cash put it in the register, gave me my change and then went back to making food...with the same gloves. I get my food and the overall flavor was spot on. The chicken chalupa though...the chalupa was too bready. The rest of the food was fresh tasting (as fresh as Taco Bell can be). Good temperature, texture, and flavor. They do not offer a military discount.

This is the worst Taco Hell ever, the evening manager is unbelievable. She does not work for the customer. The food is awful, you don't get what you order or pay for. Stay clear go some where else.
