One of the slowest Taco Bell’s in America. Wasn’t really busy and few times I’ve been here it took 20-25 minutes to get one simple order. Every once in awhile it’s 5 minutes I’ve noticed. Think it depends who the manager/crew working is. Most of the time is super slow and sometimes they even mess up a simple order. 👎

Only reason for even 1 star is because 1 thing I got was correct. Methina and her grandma took 18 minutes to completely mess up my order while the two teens literally did nothing. But I understand: cantina chicken crispy tacos and franks diablo soft tacos are completely the same. Yeah right. 18 minutes for a completely messed up order is complete bs. This dump needs to either be completely restaffed or closed.

Employees were really nice but this taco bell is owned by the BP Gas station it's connected to and they raised their prices by 3X the regular taco bell menu. I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and 2 taco supremes which is usually around $6-$7 at my regular taco bell. This BP Taco Bell charged me nearly $13 dollars! BP is ridiculous. Plus the rice in my burrito was stale and crunchy.

Sat 10 minutes waiting for food. Oh it was good Alfredo but they left out the chicken . I'm a truck driver I don't have time to sit and wait for more food . No need to even try to call 6 employees that I can see and Noone answered the phone it rang for 5 minutes 32 seconds!!! So here I sit waiting !!!
You Can Order a 10 pack of Hard Tacos. , You Can order a ten pack of Soft Tacos, You can order a 10 pack of Bean Burritos !!... All the same price = 10 pack !! Ask to Swap out 2 Hard, for bean Burritos? Or Soft Tacos ? .. Staff and Manager = "We can't do that, you have to Pay extra ".... HEY OWNER !! JUST LOST $$ ... If your staff or manager is soooo lost in the lil 18" screen and Common Sense is Left out? ..Took my $$$ elsewhere! Sad ..Every penny counts!! And Stupid is, as Stupid Does !!... Thx.

Ya know everytime I come here ( which is about twice a month) service is always great. The food is always fresh and good. Prices are a bit high for chalupas but that's normal now. Overall happy with my service once again. Plus taco bell rules ? only complaint I have is dirty tables. Need to have tables cleaned after use so we have a place to sit. I spend enough time in my semi.
