Taco Bell has just lost its way entirely. This location in particular is just TERRIBLE. It's no longer cost effective and I can actually get set down, real Mexican food for about the same price as this trash. They are just laser focused on driving this long standing chain directly into the ground. I don't get how they can't see the problems, but they really don't seem to get it. Too bad Chik Fil A doesn't serve tacos.

Average run of the mill Taco Bell. They tend to be out of a lot of things like sauces, toppings, utensils, napkins and such. Must use kiosk to place orders.

I've been to this place a few times I live right down the road every time I go in there and get something there's hardly any thing on what I'm getting this is pretty normal for Taco Bell butt this place is to the extreme it seems when you pay $4 for a taco you expect to have the appropriate amount of toppings and meat on it my opinion it's the manager to blame someone needs to take a look at the managers at this place

Honestly. This was once my favorite Taco Bell’s to visit, but after witnessing the type of person (and manager) Suzy or however you spell her name truly was. I am disgusted. I’ve heard her speak rudely to her co-workers as if they’re beneath her. Furthermore, I’ve watched her kick (paying) homeless people out of the restaurant because she doesn’t like them and according to her, it gives the restaurant a bad reputation. Her disgusting attitude is giving the restaurant a bad reputation. These people were simply trying to get a cold drink and a little food while trying to stay cool. She doesn’t deserve the manager title. That’s a person who shouldn’t be working with the public. All the other employees are very kind and generous. Always helpful. I appreciate them.

Everytime I have been to this location 41 and Felton Rd my order is never right never tonight I went again and again it's messed up I order the same thing every time 5 crunchy tacos and two chicken chulpas supreme with extra sour cream I'm always missing tacos or get a mix of hard and soft I ask for extra sour cream and get none some times the tacos have opened in the bag and have to scoop them out worst place ever people are dittzy and act like they don't know what's going on

Food was good and prepared quickly. The ordering kiosks make the whole experience impersonal. Overall decent place to eat at.

After reading the reviews, it appears a new manager has taken over?
Unsure, however my expense coming here for lunch during the week has always been great. My food is always correct and hot. Service has been great too.

When I returned home I noticed there were some mistakes with my order. Two employees were very apologetic and quick to help! Mistakes happen but it’s how you handle them and the team did a great job resolving the issue! 10/10
