1st time trying Indian cuisine and was not disappointed! The food was so flavorful yet delicate and unique to my palate. Senthil, the manager, served us and he was such a gentleman suggesting what to try next time. I will definitely be back. Yum!

Very friendly people!! Food was amazing, their butter naan is amazing! If you don’t like naan that’s too thick/doughy, theirs is perfect. Will come back!

If you love Indian cuisine, you will not be disappointed here. The food is DELICIOUS and service is great. We ordered the following;
Chili Garlic Naan (1)
Cheese Naan (2)
Veg Spring Roll (1)
Butter Chicken (1)
Chicken Tikka Masala (1)
Tandoori Chicken (1)
Everything had great flavor and they even ask how spicy (or not) you would like each main dish.
Our kids can’t handle spicy so we appreciated the opportunity to get the food to our liking.
If you’re Cartersville and you’re looking for Indian food, this is your place.

As out of towners just in town for Yurts-giving, we were thrilled to find this option on a super stormy night that did not allow for outside cooking at our campsite. Good selection, especially of vegetarian options (they even kindly added veggies and paneer to my order, which was so appreciated) and the dining area was bright blue and inviting. Most folks were doing carryout, but we appreciated the friendly and quick service and were glad we dined in. Parking is tight, but there seems to be ample options for parking in the vicinity and walking over (and we were lucky to get one of the two spots right out front). Will definitely visit again if we’re ever back in town!

My experience at tandoori table was unbeatable! Great service, clean and bright environment, and everything I tried on the menu was incredible. The butter chicken is a definite crowd pleaser. Lots of vegetarian options and each dish is seasoned with your preferred level of spice!

I could not have found a better place for a warm and comforting food after getting ice cream for my kids. We found that Samosas at Tandoori Table are just perfect, warm, and crispy for all season and what you just need on a cold weather.. We could not resist the flavors and the appearance of the food that was on the table next to us so we ended up ordering the popular Biriyani for Dinner and made it to go! They were kind enough to explain the recipes that we were not sure about.. including how it was prepared! I highly recommend this place for a perfect South Indian treat for your family, friends or parties for a reasonable price!

This is a small, local spot with authentic Indian food that actually tastes homemade.
The service was excellent. The chef himself was super friendly. He came out to our table to check on us and made the whole visit feel really welcoming. He ensured the spice level. It's clear he cares a lot about what he's cooking.
The food is genuinely great and tastes like the real deal. We tried the Lamb Curry and it was excellent, the meat was soft, and the sauce was rich and deep. But the absolute standout was the Chicken Biryani. We got the Chicken Biryani with spice level 5, and it was perfectly cooked, aromatic, and packed with flavor.
Every dish that we tried here tastes authentic with right spice level.
Great food, great atmosphere thanks to the friendly chef, and definitely the most authentic Lamb Curry and Biryani I've had in a long time. Highly recommend stopping by. We will definitely come back.

I really wanted to like Tandoori Table. It’s one of the few Indian restaurants in the Cartersville area, and I came in genuinely excited for some flavorful, comforting Indian food. Unfortunately, the food just didn’t deliver, and it’s hard to ignore that when it’s the whole reason you come to a place like this.
Let’s start with the positives: the service here is actually very good. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. They check on you at the right times, refill drinks quickly, and genuinely seem to care about making sure you’re comfortable. If I were just rating the service, it would easily be a four or even five-star experience. You can tell the people running the floor take pride in their hospitality, and that counts for a lot.
The atmosphere is… fine. Nothing fancy or modern, but it’s clean and relatively calm. The decor is simple — a few cultural touches here and there, but it doesn’t really transport you anywhere or feel particularly cozy. The lighting and layout make it more of a casual lunch spot than a dinner destination. It’s the kind of place you’d be okay eating in, but not necessarily somewhere you’d bring a date or go for a special night out.
Now for the hard truth — the food. This is where everything starts to fall apart. For a place named Tandoori Table, you’d expect the tandoori dishes to be front and center, full of smoky, spicy depth and vibrant seasoning. Instead, the flavors felt watered down, like everything was made to play it safe for a crowd that might not like strong spices. The chicken tikka masala was bland and overly creamy, missing the punch of tomato, garlic, and spice that makes it great. The butter chicken tasted more like sweet tomato soup with chicken tossed in.
The naan bread was okay — soft but not the fresh, bubbly, charred kind you get right out of a tandoor oven. The rice was fine, but again, nothing that stood out. I also noticed some inconsistency: one dish came out piping hot while another felt like it had been sitting for a few minutes too long. The food presentation looked average, like they were trying, but it lacked that “wow” factor.
To be clear, nothing tasted bad — it was just disappointingly average. It’s not the kind of food that offends you; it’s the kind that leaves you thinking, “That could’ve been so much better.” For the prices they charge, you expect food that’s at least flavorful or authentic enough to make you want to come back. Unfortunately, I left feeling full but not satisfied, which is the worst kind of meal.
Overall, Tandoori Table has potential, but it feels like it’s playing things too safe. The service and staff clearly care, but the kitchen seems to be holding back on what could make this place stand out. If they improved their seasoning, freshness, and attention to detail in the food, this could easily be a four-star restaurant. Right now, though, it’s just not there.
I’d come back if I heard the recipes or chef changed, but as it stands, this is more of a “one and done” kind of place for me.
