I recently visited this frozen yogurt shop earlier this week, and I have to say it was a terrible experience from start to finish.
First off, the place was incredibly dirty. The floors were sticky, and there were bits of yogurt and toppings scattered everywhere. Secondly the machines themselves seemed poorly maintained, with insane loud sounds, some not working properly and others dispensing yogurt that was too runny.
Overall I was extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Save your money and go somewhere else for your frozen yogurt fix.

Wow… whoever owns this company needs to seriously manage the staff. They’re not trustworthy employees. My husband and I showed up at 9pm, an hour before closing, and as we get to the door, the two young staff ladies we’re leaving with garbage bags, all lights off, didn’t acknowledge us. As they were walking away, I asked them if they close at 10pm like the sign and the website says, and they said no. “It closes at 9”. While I’m looking at the sign that says 10. Really sad for whoever owns this but you should be aware of your staff.

Cashier was of no help. She Got mad because my husband made a mess and she had to clean it up! Flavors were not clearly marked.
The little red head has a terrible attitude! She mopped the floor 20 minutes before closing and the floor was real slippery. No wet floor signs. Two weeks in a row their blender is broken??? Ya right. They just to lazy to make a milkshake. We will be going somewhere else next time.

Very good yogurt. Workers are nice and shop is very clean.
I’ve never had such a bad experience. The only worker there had a terrible attitude towards me. She was very unpleasant. There were no strawberries left. And she had one of the flavors mixed up. My husband is allergic to peanut butter and if the dude getting yogurt behind us didn’t say something we would have never realized that the “new York cheesecake” and the “peanut butter” were switch. So we threw his away and by this point we didn’t want the yogurt anymore. Being 6 months pregnant I was very stressed out by the situation. I will never go back again.
