Came in at about 8:30 pm. No employee in sight. We made our yogurt then stood at the register for 10 minutes waiting. I walked down the hall, knocked on the staff only door. Nothing. I finally called and had to ask someone to come check us out. Juliana was the one that finally came out to check us out after our yogurt had been sitting and melting. I should have walked away but my kids really wanted to stay. $22 worth of melted frozen yogurt.

Place has really gone down. Been in a couple of times the last few weeks, only 3-4 flavors, machines not working, and watery when it does work. The place looks run down. This used to be an awesome TCBY, clean and neat with 8-10 flavors. I don't know if it changed owners, or the owner just checked out from this place. I will try to find a dependable, clean yogurt shop elsewhere. This is right near my home, so it is a shame it has gotten this way. Maybe try it again in a few months...it was a mess when we went the last few times, with the workers on their phones, or disappearing in the back for extended periods. Just sad.

Love this place. Hannah always takes time to talk with my granddaughter when we come on Froyo Fridays. The yogurt is always great and the toppings are fresh. Yum, yum, yum.

We got there 2 hours before closong and the place was a mess. Tried to sample a few flavors that came out completely liquid. Only like 3 flavors to choose from and very watery still. Went to the toppings and all the fruit was empty and messy.
