I came in yesterday (10/18/23 around noon) just to try out some sandwich, and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered their signature sandwich The Honeybaked, which is honey baked ham on hoagie with lettuce, tomato and a honey glaze sauce. Wow what a treat. I didn't get the ladies name that was taking orders (and cooking, and serving) but she is an absolute doll. The few times I've come in here she is always here, smiling, cheerful, pleasant and professional.Actual pleasure to come in for lunch and I highly recommend.

I decided to try lunch since every ham I've ever had from honey baked has been amazing. Let me say, I was not disappointed. The honey baked sandwich is absolutely amazing. I will add a picture the next time I get one, it's hard to just not eat it immediately. Seriously if you ever want an amazing sandwich stop in and get one.

Made a surprise trip to visit my parents for Easter in Cartersville and had to make all of the preparations the day before. Website issues did not allow for pickup until after Easter. Called and spoke with Charity and explained my situation. She was very professional and helped me to have a wonderful Easter celebration with my Mom's favorites from Honey Baked Ham. Definitely recommend ❤️

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: The smoked Turkey breast and ham prices are alot higher at this location than all the other locations. Call around for prices before you go there. Also the manager doesn't accept returns if your unhappy. My Turkey breast was very salty . The manager is very unprofessional and rude. She was yelling at me and hung up the phone in my ear.
