If you're looking for non-greasy, healthy and clean food, this is a good spot. The staff are very gracious and polite people. Service oriented. I use the online ordering/paying and just drive by and pick up. Your points tally up for free food and smoothies quickly.

My wife and I each got a smoothie from here. She got the Mango Magic with Vitamin B12 and I got the Acai Berry Boost with the Fat Burner. Both smoothies were delicious! The service was great as well. It was so good, that my wife now says this is her new go to spot for smoothies versus Smoothie King. They are a bit pricey, but comparative to Smoothie King really. Even better, they do offer a military discount.

I had a pretty disappointing experience at this Tropical Smoothie location. I arrived around 7:40 AM and walked up to the counter, but there was no greeting or acknowledgment at all. The older staff member told me I couldn’t place an order with her and would have to use the app due to an issue with her register. That was fine—I’ve used the app before with no problem.

After placing my order, I noticed she wasn’t busy, so I sat and waited. By 7:58 AM, there was still no word. The app never notified me that my smoothie was ready, and she never said anything either—just quietly placed it on the mobile pickup shelf without even a glance in my direction.

If she was able to tell me I had to order through the app, I don’t understand why she couldn’t simply let me know when my order was ready. She seemed uninterested and disengaged, which made the whole experience feel cold and unwelcoming.

It’s unfortunate, because this is the only smoothie place in town that opens this early. I expected at least a basic level of customer service, but this visit definitely missed the mark.

I've ordered the Avalacada smoothie many time from this location and I have been generally pleased. Today was a different story. My smoothie lacks flavor and is icy. It is green but doesn't seem to have that creamy Avocado flavor. Disappointed for sure. At $8.00 it should be perfect every time!

Benjamin was extremely rude, made my smoothie incorrect and then proceeded to half fill my cup when i asked for a remake.

Absolutely disgusting and dry energy/attitude maybe cause color of my skin! Hummus wrap was horrible and dry with no sauce on it, I eat at different tropical smoothies every day this is the worse one!!!

For two days in a row, I placed an online order and arrived at the location, only to find the open sign off. This lack of clear communication about the restaurant's operating hours was frustrating. Moreover, the older woman behind the counter today did not engage with me in any way, which further added to the poor customer service experience.

This was so bad I had to stop what I was doing to write this review in front of this piece of crap establishment. The old lady that worked there on 1/14/2025 at 8am didn’t even bother saying one word to me not a hi not a good morning not a welcome to tropical cafe nothing, she looked as miserable as she can be , she was preparing food with no gloves. My breakfast wrap that I ordered looked miserable (photo attached) my açaí bowl was rock solid with sour fruits that are clearly outdated. What a horrendous place I will be taking my services to planet smoothie they are so much nicer there and much better quality product.

Always a great food experience. One of my favorite places to eat that has healthier options.

I ordered myself a flatbread. The lettuce looked super brown and old and expired. At the very least they could’ve checked the food they’re putting in my order. I don’t know who looks down at their sandwich and thinks brown old lettuce looks appetizing. Isn’t it supposed to be fresh food? I’d rather them have given me no lettuce than what seemed like the last old lettuce pieces they had left. It was super gross. It makes me rethink if they’re putting old or nearly rotted fruits in the smoothies. They didn’t even care to see the quality of the lettuce they stuffed in my sandwich.

Açaí bowl was rock hard frozen. Inedible. Wrap was not good. Staff didn’t care. Didn’t try to fix the fact they gave me food for dine in that couldn’t be eaten.
