I always get the same thing when I go the Texas bacon cheese steak with onions smother, covered, and chucked. My wife ordered Togo for me since I work late. I just got home and I'm going to eat it. But I don't go there for the chicken. I understand miscommunication and an elderly waitress carrying on a conversation, but even while they were at the restaurant, orders were wrong.

We stopped in around 4:30pm for dinner after being on the road for 8 hours. We were given a printed out menu because they were very limited to what they could make. When another customer asked why the waitresses response was "because that's what they told us" We ordered the all star with sausage, and also water with our coffee. We were brought bacon and offered water. The food was good, though. The waitress did bring us the sausage we originally ordered with no extra charge, as well as giving us a 10% discount for the mistake. The service was friendly. The atmosphere was freezing, both in the dinning room and bathrooms. The current temperature outside is 34 degrees F'. The restaurant however was clean and not very busy, I'm guessing due to the limited menu, perhaps they're getting ready to close down the store..?
