It’s one manger I think she doesn’t like her job and I think her name is Kim, and she has a stink attitude honestly I don’t know why she works there if she hates her job so much. Mind you she the one that applied for the position that she hates and she bring the negative energy to the work place.

This is such a great Wendy's! Always consistent yummy food and accurate orders. Loretta and Brook in the drive thru always have a smile on their faces! Go to this restaurant...you won't be disappointed!!!

Are we out of lettuce at this location? Ordered on the app and picked up in drive thru. Lady was nice which is a plus. Got home and both mine and my husband's food had no lettuce. His chicken sandwich barely had mayo on it and mine had so little ketchup you couldn't even tell it was there. Tired of paying for stuff and it's sub par. No biggie if they are out of lettuce but at least tell me when I get to the window

I came to get a DoorDash and it tells me to go inside to get it so I was going to use the restroom at the same time. I got to the door it’s locked but I had to use the restroom bad to the point I was going to pre myself mind you I’m pregnant and I let them know that the manger KIM with black wanna be blonde hair denied me to use the restroom I just really had to go and I would’ve went through the drive through for the DoorDash just crazy yall can’t even let a pregnant women use the restroom when in sneed badly but yet it would be bad if I took a piss by the bushes because I can’t hold it because I am carry a child.

Turner MaCall Blvd in Rome Ga .At night it's ran by a group of incompetent fools. I will not go there again and all I ordered was a biggie bag and sweet tea. Tea was rotten and they left out nuggets and sauce , I went to the door that they locked and knocked hollered thru to a girl cleaning told her she commented what do you want me to do about it.....nope not again

I have given this Wendy’s chance after chance after chance with forgetting things in my order or shorting me nuggets. But I’ve had it. I went through the drive thru tonight and spent FORTY DOLLARS. I was pulled up, which wasn’t for too long. But when I checked my bag, I realized I was missing the sandwich I ordered. So I went in to get it. Once I got home and got everything out, I noticed they shorted me a nugget from one of the 10 pieces, didn’t give me my 4 piece nugget, and didn’t give me any toppings for my salad. I used to manage a Wendy’s, and I understand how stressful it can be. However, the carelessness these days has become unacceptable.

A bunch of incompetent people. The easiest job in the world and everytime we go here, there is always an issue. Always missing nuggets, sauces, or whatever else. Highly do NOT recommend this location until management can take ahold of this staffing and put them under better training. Let’s also add how their phones or music will be playing loudly while we are at the windows. With the price increase of everything, could you at least counter with competent employees who make sure the order is filled 100%?

i ordered the son of baconator combo with a strawberry sprite, and it was perfect. the burger was juicy and packed with flavor, the bacon crispy, and the fries were hot and fresh. the strawberry sprite was a sweet, refreshing bonus that made the whole meal feel like a treat.
service was fast and friendly, and everything came out just the way i ordered. definitely one of the best fast food experiences i’ve had lately. i’ll be back!
