I really wish I had a greater experience. I'm not sure if this in particular guy worked there but he was sitting right where you would take orders and prep food ignored me fully and watching me just stand there and wait for someone to take my order. There was a drive thru employee who left her section to help me. I couldn't understand how they would just let some guy that looks so unprofessional just sit there and ignore someone coming to attempt to make an order. The food was good, but I had to watch them prepare my food because I just did not trust them after being overlooked. I'm not sure if they have problems getting people to work at this location, but no one there except that one girl was professional at all. Please bring more professional people to work hear Please because this Wendy's is in a very busy location to have people like this in a place of business everyone love.

I come to this wendys often, and never had a problem, but tonight I noticed the workers were a little off. They were very rude and unprofessional in drive-thru. They had nasty attitudes and the other workers who were there just watched ? and didn't step in to confront the rude employee's. Please train the staff to give better customer service or I will no longer spend my money at this Wendy's.

White lady working in drive thru tonight lacked great customer service skills, and also a very angry black guy playing on his cell phone while working in drive-thru seemed to hate his job and acted childish yelling and screaming at me. I will never ever come here again.

Normally, I don’t have a problem when I go inside somewhere to eat and I notice that some of the crew is chilling in the lobby being a little load but I have a problem when the food is poor. The fries were at best warm, and the burgers were old tasting. My wife told me that She noticed that the cook just warmed up the beef that was already cooked, who knows how long they were sitting there. Also, the burgers were really small, much smaller than I remember. The cashier was nice… don’t remember his name but he was a tall guy wearing a dark hoodie. It was 7pm or so on a Saturday.

Granted I ordered a lot of food, but this was the most standout meal delivered to me in 2023. The Dave's Double was loaded, the Frosty was chilled. They nailed it. ?

Absolutely disgusting! Roaches are running across screens and counters in plain view!! Horrible staff. Managers and employees smoking weed in the parking lot and in the store and the GM knows and does nothing.
