Went into the store because I have a truck and trailer and am unable to go through the drive thru. I only had cash with me they told me they wouldn't help me and I had to go through the drive thru if I wanted to use cash and I informed them that I couldn't and they said that was the only way I could use cash. This is ridiculous there was more then enough staff to help the counter and not be rude to customers. I will not be going back to this store and will inform everyone I know to never go to this store again!!!!!!

my wife did a mobile order that included 2 large chilis with extra cheese just to check my bag and have 4 strings of cheese in there. don’t have an option for extra cheese when you don’t even put the regular amount in there this just pissed me off!

Used the drive thru last night. Ordered 2 junior bacon cheese burgers with extra lettuce and a drink. Received no receipt, burgers were disgusting, covered in globs of mayo that was falling off the burgers, tomatoes were old and falling apart, only one piece of lettuce although I asked for extra on both burgers, one piece of bacon on one burger and no bacon on the second. The facility was not even busy as I was the only person in the drive thru and no one was inside the restaurant. I will not be going back and would reach out to corporate if I had been given a receipt.

Wendy's never disappoints! The value for the money is good especially the biggie bag! I really like how they have no problem substituting the drink for a Frosty! I will continue to return to Wendy's!
Most incompetent Wendy's in the area. Do not order online from them because it is a GUARANTEE that they will forget something or not have something. Save your money and time and go to McDonald's, and that's saying something because even they need to get their act together

I’ve tried to tolerate the employe taking my order in drive-thru bcuz I like Wendy’s food. This has been my go to eatery for 15+yrs but I will no longer stoop to the low life rude nonsense I’ve consistently experienced from this particular employee. I’m sure EVERYONE knows who I’m referring to and I can bet I’m not the first or last loyal customer who vows NEVER to go to this location again. Yea shes that bad! Extremely poor Customer service is her specialty. If you choose to go to the drive thru at this location on hwy 20 Cartersville you can expect to b interrupted, talked over, very short blunt answers with zero tact or customer care.she has been consistently extremely rude. This is sad! Wendys Admin/Corporate should b ashamed for this kind of representation. I pass Wendy’s every single day x20yrs. I will gladly drive out of my way to avoid such pathetic nonsense supposal customer service.
