Ive only been to this Wendy's twice, the first time was ok, but this last time it was bad. I ordered a bacon baconator with a large fry and Sweet tea, instead I was given a large unsweetened tea, cold fries and probably the worst burger I've ever had (not to mention the wrong burger entirely). Guess night crew doesn't care enough to make an order correct. I will not be giving this location a third chance,

Just wondering — is serving cold, hard food part of the “fresh, never frozen” promise now? Because the burgers, nuggets, and fries I got were clearly cooked sometime last week.
And shoutout to the drive-thru guy for the Olympic-level food toss — I actually had to tell him thank you while he said nothing. Excellent customer service!
After reading the reviews, I’m surprised this location is still open. It wasn’t busy at all, yet somehow I got rock-hard nuggets and buns. Impressive.

It's been over 3 days and apparently Wendy's do not care about fixing one of their most popular machine's? 3 days the frosty machine's been down? Kinda weird? But I know things do break but C'mon? Lol. Starting to feel like they wanna keep it broken?

What can we say? It was a Wendy's. We had good service at the drive-thru we had a call ahead. Order came up right quickly and everything was as we ordered and the burgers were hot, fresh and tasty
Order two large chilies with our order. Paid for two Chili's. Payment for two Chili's was on our receipt. Got home to find out only one chili in the bag. Tried to call but no one answers their phone at Wendy's. Guess I just got screwed

Baked potato wasn’t fully cooked, still had lots of hard places. Bread was stale and lettuce was left off of one of the burgers. Burgers were really bad, even by fast food standards. This was our first time eating at this location and would 100% not recommend.
Update: I forgot I reviewed this a long time ago lol. They’ve really changed since all those years ago! I come here at least once a week and the food is always good, service is fast and friendly.
