We arrived at Wendy’s on 10/30/25 at about 10:10 a.m. We explained that we were having lunch with our granddaughter who is in kindergarten and that her lunch starts at 10:45. We were in a time crunch to get to her school on time since Wendy’s doesn’t typically start serving lunch until 10:30 They were so kind and accommodating. The manager got started right away with our order and we were out the door before 10:30 Their efforts were greatly appreciated!!👏😊

30 minutes for nuggets for kiddo.6 people waited forever to order.half the order sat on counter for 15 minutes waiting on other part.was cold when I got it.25 dollars for a little fast food..nope.never again.

Ive only been to this Wendy's twice, the first time was ok, but this last time it was bad. I ordered a bacon baconator with a large fry and Sweet tea, instead I was given a large unsweetened tea, cold fries and probably the worst burger I've ever had (not to mention the wrong burger entirely). Guess night crew doesn't care enough to make an order correct. I will not be giving this location a third chance,

Dear Miss Wendy,
Just wondering — is serving cold, hard food part of the “fresh, never frozen” promise now? Because the burgers, nuggets, and fries I got were clearly cooked sometime last week.
And shoutout to the drive-thru guy for the Olympic-level food toss — I actually had to tell him thank you while he said nothing. Excellent customer service!
After reading the reviews, I’m surprised this location is still open. It wasn’t busy at all, yet somehow I got rock-hard nuggets and buns. Impressive.

It's been over 3 days and apparently Wendy's do not care about fixing one of their most popular machine's? 3 days the frosty machine's been down? Kinda weird? But I know things do break but C'mon? Lol. Starting to feel like they wanna keep it broken?
Found a hair in my food for the second time & I called management to just respectfully let them know just to get told I’m in the wrong and hung up on.

What can we say? It was a Wendy's. We had good service at the drive-thru we had a call ahead. Order came up right quickly and everything was as we ordered and the burgers were hot, fresh and tasty
