Order two large chilies with our order. Paid for two Chili's. Payment for two Chili's was on our receipt. Got home to find out only one chili in the bag. Tried to call but no one answers their phone at Wendy's. Guess I just got screwed

Baked potato wasn’t fully cooked, still had lots of hard places. Bread was stale and lettuce was left off of one of the burgers. Burgers were really bad, even by fast food standards. This was our first time eating at this location and would 100% not recommend.
Update: I forgot I reviewed this a long time ago lol. They’ve really changed since all those years ago! I come here at least once a week and the food is always good, service is fast and friendly.

I did a DoorDash order for a 10 piece nugget, fries, and a drink. First of all, they were out of fries??? Like what… I didn’t even get extra nuggets in place of the fries which is what I requested. Then my order arrives and they gave me sweet tea instead of UNsweet tea. So basically I payed $10 for nuggets. When I tried to call Wendy’s, they didn’t answer

I don’t know what it is about this Wendy’s, but they really need to get their act together. Cold food every time we order. And when somebody says no Ketchup… that means NO KETCHUP! Listen to your customers or you will lose them Jackie’s! Seems like all the fast food restaurants have just gone down hill.
I ordered a pick up order tonight and arrived 5 minutes after the estimated pick up time the app gives me. The staff was nice and the food tasted good, but the main issue is I customized one of the burgers so that there was no lettuce, no tomato, and no mayo, however both the burgers had all 3. We were already home and didn't want to bring our toddler back out again to have it fixed. My husband had to have an alternative meal due to the mayo allergy. We will give Wendy's more chances in the future because we know not every experience will be the same. On the bright side our toddlers food was correct so no meltdowns which is the most important to us.
AC was out, so it was quite hot inside the dining area. However, the employees and manager were handling it incredibly and are more than deserving of a 5 star review.
