Willy's Mexicana Grill

The Cartersville Willy’s always hits the spot! I’ve been coming once or twice a week for a while and the food and service keeps me coming back! Shout out to the general manager D. at this location who puts his heart and soul into making the experience here the best it can possibly be. I get excited pulling in and seeing his car parked outside, he takes great care of me every time and makes coming here for lunch more personal for me. I can tell he gets to know his regular customers outside of myself very well, and works towards their return business. If I could give this location more than 5 stars, I would!

This used to be pretty good. Over the years it's gone down hill. Chicken was cold, gross, bloody spots. Service was almost the bare minimum and it's dirty. Usually out of something, today it was lids for the kids cups..

Great service and food. The former staff had me avoid this place for 6 months. Now everything seems back to normal and I couldn't be happier.

Just had the best experience here. Food was amazing, and the staff were amazing and very kind. We love coming here but today was absolutely amazing. Thankyou, will probably be back tomorrow sense it's one of my favorite places to eat.

Didn't even get a burrito, I went into to order two steak burritos I could see they were low on steak and have no problem waiting if fresh steak is cooking but instead I the guy making the burritos tried to make one scoop work for two burritos, I pointed out that that was less meat than normal and he just shrugged and said every burritos is one scoop. At that point I just said never mind and left there were maybe 5-6 pices of steak on each burrito.

Rude staff who don’t care about your order. Got cold nachos because they put queso on it first so they refused to put it in the chip oven…… all they cared about was getting you out of line so they could get back on their cell phones. Never coming back
