Willy's Mexicana Grill

The food was just not good. I was very disappointed, especially given the good reviews this place has. I would not eat here again. I'd go to Freddy's. It's much cleaner at least

Food is awesome, service is good, the dining room is a disaster. The whole beverage & salsa bar area was not a pretty sight. Straw dispenser had some kind of liquid in it, so all the straws were soaked. Bathroom also not appropriately clean for customers. Owner/mgr needs to visit this location & tidy up the place if he/she wants repeat customers. I'll come back in 6 months & give it another shot.

D helped me decide on what to get with it being my first time ever eating at Willie's. He gave me in detailed options, and he was very nice and helpful. The food was very good and fresh! The cheese dip was also amazing! It was also very clean in the restaurant. Will be returning very soon!

The Cartersville Willy’s always hits the spot! I’ve been coming once or twice a week for a while and the food and service keeps me coming back! Shout out to the general manager D. at this location who puts his heart and soul into making the experience here the best it can possibly be. I get excited pulling in and seeing his car parked outside, he takes great care of me every time and makes coming here for lunch more personal for me. I can tell he gets to know his regular customers outside of myself very well, and works towards their return business. If I could give this location more than 5 stars, I would!

This used to be pretty good. Over the years it's gone down hill. Chicken was cold, gross, bloody spots. Service was almost the bare minimum and it's dirty. Usually out of something, today it was lids for the kids cups..

Great service and food. The former staff had me avoid this place for 6 months. Now everything seems back to normal and I couldn't be happier.

Just had the best experience here. Food was amazing, and the staff were amazing and very kind. We love coming here but today was absolutely amazing. Thankyou, will probably be back tomorrow sense it's one of my favorite places to eat.
