i always get the medium lemon pepper traditional wings alone & bae gets the honey lemon pepper traditional combo.

every time we come the food is delicious no matter who is working.

So I am very disappointed with each time I have ordered from this place. I ordered lemon pepper and honey garlic wings, I thought that the honey garlic would be more of a minced garlic and honey coating, but instead it was a clear simple syrup solution in a bottle with a granulated garlic and pepper mixture sprinkled over that. The lemon pepper wings tasted as if they were just naked fried wings. Just terrible! The house rice, which was a huge hit, with nice portions of chicken, steak, and shrimp, a kids meal which was fine and a burger. The wings were the size of my pinkie and when I brought them back due to thinking they had messed up the flavors I was told then that last week the wings were huge and this week they were just meh! Fast forward to today, I ordered the house rice with extra egg, just knowing it was going to be awesome and boom disappointment once again!! I get the box open only to find that they must have ran out of steak and decided to put in ground beef. When I called to report the mess up of burger in my rice instead of steak and the lack of egg when requesting extra, the girl told me that she went and checked with the cook and it is steak but this steak was just different than what they normally get. I don't know about you but when I am ordering food we expect to get the same quality of food each time and that there is consistency every time we order. It seems every single time I order from this place the quality is different week to week! So after I said I would send my husband back with the food and will just get my money back, I was told that she would have to speak to her boss as there is a no refund policy. I told her to forget it I will not waste my time and money at this place ever again. If you want a place that sells mediocre food, with no consistency and no customer service this place is for you. Do better folks!

Get the double meat double cheese philly cheese steak here! You will not be disappointed. One of my favorites to get here. Sometimes you have to treat yourself! Also have really good burgers as well.....thank me later 😁

The girls up front were very nice. Saw them interact w a few customers who came in to pick up their orders. Food/price was fair. I'd go back just bc the service was friendly

This place is my family’s go to! They have good food! It’s always hot and fresh. But most importantly….they customer service is the best around! Like the young ladies who work the front really go above and beyond to ensure they are pleasant and kind….and that goes along way! It’s always clean inside.

Roaches in the bathroom and at cash register. Witnessed activity on more than one occasion. Crawling on the cashier neck while we ordered. Bugs are bad. The food is good though??‍♀️??‍♀️ That is I'm going to say.

First time here and it was great. I got wing and shrimp fried rice. It was delicious. The rice was better than the Japanese restaurant!

Walked in at 8 , with the intent to be out at closing by 9. Ordered and waited 30 or so minutes for food. The girl looked to be young taking our order was not very polite. While eating she told someone at 8:20 they couldn’t order anything from the grill as it closed at 8:30 . At 8:55 as we were actually finishing/ cleaning up , she told us “we close in 5 minutes” . Service is terrible and food isn’t great , definitely do not recommend .

I ordered ahead and picked up and the lady working the register was super helpful and made sure everything was there as I was picking up which I really appreciate.I got the big cheesesteak with the mushrooms and my husband got it without mushrooms and the mushrooms definitely make the difference. It’s much better fully loaded!The fries are nicely done as well.
