Great food and customer service

I don’t like doing reviews or even care to. My first time at this location. I dislike the fact that you pay for something and an employee being rude like it cost them something. I ordered some Jamaican Jerk wings and never seen the sauce dry before. I asked for my order to be changed and the cook in the back yelled what. Like I paid for it not you I’m not being disrespectful or nothing I’m calm and all people weird. God bless your soul!

Best wing’s around, we get the drum style wings. Sauce for wings are very good , many flavors to choose from. Excellent customer service, we been here several times and it always good, food is real good.

Just ordered a Philly Cheese Steak for the first time from WNB. Outstanding with soft hoagie, great taste and piping hot. Had onions and optional mushrooms but no option for green peppers.

Little slow even though ordered on ahead. Food was good the help didn't seem to be in any rush to get the food out.

I normally love this place, unfortunately this is the third time they've mixed my order.
Onion rings and French fries look nothing alike, and to top it off three fries were cold, flaccid, and had NO SALT.
Hoping to change it back on future orders, but this is annoying.

i always get the medium lemon pepper traditional wings alone & bae gets the honey lemon pepper traditional combo.

So I am very disappointed with each time I have ordered from this place. I ordered lemon pepper and honey garlic wings, I thought that the honey garlic would be more of a minced garlic and honey coating, but instead it was a clear simple syrup solution in a bottle with a granulated garlic and pepper mixture sprinkled over that. The lemon pepper wings tasted as if they were just naked fried wings. Just terrible! The house rice, which was a huge hit, with nice portions of chicken, steak, and shrimp, a kids meal which was fine and a burger. The wings were the size of my pinkie and when I brought them back due to thinking they had messed up the flavors I was told then that last week the wings were huge and this week they were just meh! Fast forward to today, I ordered the house rice with extra egg, just knowing it was going to be awesome and boom disappointment once again!! I get the box open only to find that they must have ran out of steak and decided to put in ground beef. When I called to report the mess up of burger in my rice instead of steak and the lack of egg when requesting extra, the girl told me that she went and checked with the cook and it is steak but this steak was just different than what they normally get. I don't know about you but when I am ordering food we expect to get the same quality of food each time and that there is consistency every time we order. It seems every single time I order from this place the quality is different week to week! So after I said I would send my husband back with the food and will just get my money back, I was told that she would have to speak to her boss as there is a no refund policy. I told her to forget it I will not waste my time and money at this place ever again. If you want a place that sells mediocre food, with no consistency and no customer service this place is for you. Do better folks!

Get the double meat double cheese philly cheese steak here! You will not be disappointed. One of my favorites to get here. Sometimes you have to treat yourself! Also have really good burgers as well.....thank me later 😁

The girls up front were very nice. Saw them interact w a few customers who came in to pick up their orders. Food/price was fair. I'd go back just bc the service was friendly
