I had a 6 wing combo. The service was fast and the young lady behind the counter was courteous. I got hot for the wings. In comparison with other places and their "hot", this one is on par. If I order "hot" wings from here again, I'll go extra hot instead so I can get some spice. Ideally though, I'd order a different flavor in order to try some of those. My co-work and I switched a wing so I could try the lemon pepper and it had a really nice flavor (and I'm not a big lemon pepper fan). The place seemed clean and nice little setup. The only issue I had was the size/meatiness of the wings. The size of the wings is nothing special and just not enough meatiness that a "good" wing would have. The flavors though all in all are spot on and recommended. I would like to try other flavors to see how they are, as well as, their burgers. Definitely veteran friendly and offer a military discount.

On 2/19/24, I ordered wings and a sandwich online and I arrived 5 minutes before the "tracker" they provided told me that the order was ready. I gave a young lady at the counter my name and she said it would be another 8 minutes. I said fine and I sat down. After 25 minutes, I finally went to check on my order and she asked me for my name again, I told her my name and she said that my order was ready with a awkward smile. I asked her how long had my order been ready and she told me about 3 minutes. She apologized and I left with my food. When I get home, I immediately see that my food was cold and clearly had been sitting there longer than 3 minutes. This is the second problem I have had with this location. I don't think I will give them an opportunity for a 3rd strike. Very disappointing.

The bigger girl at the counter was very rude and has a staring problem, she seems mentally ill frankly as i see her talking to herself in the corner. Im a regular and one day i saw her go into the bathroom with a customer ? WONT BE COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!

If you eat here grab a bottle of pepto. They either don't change their fryer oil or they use cheap fryer oil. We all came home with upset stomachs. One lady that loves piercings was a super hard worker the other lady was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. We will more than likely never eat here again.
2nd time eating from here. Chicken wings are flavorful and fresh, burger is juicy and stamped with company logo, super cute.

Today we decided to eat at WNB for the first time. We ordered bone in wings. Half Teriyaki and the other half honey garlic. Let me tell you they were absolutely delicious. Even the fries. We put extra seasoning on the fries and she put just the right amount on them. Our server was Laemanuelle (I know I didn't spell it right but I tried☺️) and I didn't get the other server's name but both were extremely friendly and helpful. They made our first time there fun. This is a restaurant that has good food and friendly service. We will be returning. Anyone looking for good food, reasonable prices, friendly and fast service then WNB FACTORY is the place for you❤️

Order 3 piece catfish. I got the car picked up the fish it start falling apart the small piece. Keep in my I have touch all three pieces moving them around. They were completely cooked. When back was told they don't do refunds. The young at the counter said rgey going redo your order. They gave me back the exact food I brought back in. Which means they refried the fish in the grease they fry other ppl food. So I started wonderful do they know that's a health code they just broke. They were supposed to threw the fish away or see if I won't something else. It's a shame how some restaurants try to get over. You just lost my business. What if I was undercover from the health department. Yall would have hot shut down TODAY!!
