I just wanted to start off and say I’m really disappointed in the service of this Zaxby’s location. Every time I come I place a mobile order so I have my whole family’s order and payed for before I arrive at the store. I do this for my convenience and the store’s convenience. Whenever I show up they just tell me “oh it just came in but go ahead and pull up” at the drive thru intercom. Almost $40 worth of food.. #2, fries & big order of hot wings. No ranch, celery, cole slaw, or zax sauce. Both drinks were wrong. And of course we didn’t know any of this until we got home. Should have gotten a major discount seeing we didnt get half of what we paid for.
