DONT GO HERE! This place is awful! I ordered a wing meal that when I grabbed it out of the Bach leaked tones of sauce all over me. The lady working was also very rude and tried to shove us out of the line as quick as she could. I WILL NOT be eating here until something changes!

Food was great and hot! But the service wasn’t the best with having to wait to get seen and no fork for food. Restroom was relatively clean but some trash and dirty toilets.

After working a 14 hour shift, and was very hungry. I stopped here on the way home and the portions was poor for $15 wings and things. Not going back to this location

I ordered Extra fries with EXTRA seasoning. I got 6 plain fries. My second meal also ask for extra seasoning and has them in their order. I understand messing up but it’s in the receipt 3 TIMES. I get that it’s seasoning but I put my EXTRA money in to get EXTRA fries.

Dark outside, obviously no management because the drive thru server took forever, got the order completely wrong. She even repeated my order correctly and still somehow gave us the wrong food. Horrible workers and even worse management don’t eat here.

The bathroom here is absolutely appauling, so much so that I am concerned about the cleanliness of the rest of the store.
The food was hot and fresh. It tasted pretty good, but I believe it's just overpriced chicken tenders.

Went on sunday night to get food hootered, at around nine thirty, got home with my two young kids open the bags and called the store back and told the man at the time I was missing a six finger plate and my daughter's french fry.The manager on duty ask me how far away I was and I told him I lived off sixty one.He told me to come back up there and they would remake it.My fiance went back up there to get it.When they were closing, even though he told me to come back up there at nine fifty one and ended up only giving us a ten dollar gift card, which didn't even cover the items that were missing. Call the store up there today. To ask about what they were going to do about the the problem that had happened, and he told me that when he reopened the bag, the chicken finger plate was there . I told him that I circled the items, missing on the receipt.Since I was trying to move fast before they close and he told me he wasn't aware of the french trimesing, which I told him on the phone. This is a trash location in unprofessional. I would much rather drive to the one by walmart or even to the one in rockmart before using this location again. Do not recommend this location

This place smells bad as soon as you walk through the door. My order was given to another person... and they brought it back to the counter. The employee just bagged it back up and gave it to me. Drink machine syrup needs filling. Won't go to this place again. What a dump !!

I eat zaxbys almost everyday but everytime I come through this one they always seem to have cold ass toast and there boneless chicken is always hard to bite like it’s been cooked to long. Idk what they are doing but they definitely ain’t cooking that’s for sure

We are talking about fast food.right.that don't mean it's always going to be 2 or 3 minutes. however just because we have a bad day at work why go to a fast food in the evening and discourage children that have had a bad day at school. We want our children to be respectful but then we go to fast food restaurants and talk so ugly to children because we couldn't say what we wanted to say at work to our boss.. does that seem right? And then in the same breath adults ask why are children so disrespectful because they haven't run the respect from the adults that are disrespecting them let's be polite let's encourage our children to work and not be in the street doing the wrong thing be patient be thankful be grateful the next time we go into a fast food restaurant let's say something nice to the children that I work in fast food in the evening Thank you for your service Thank you for preparing my food so I don't have to cook dinner after a hard day at work let's not always be an ass and expect the best out of our teenagers you get respect if you give respect please let's remember that for the next generation
