Service and quality has gone down hill in the past 5-6 months...I'll go to Rockmart or the other Cartersville location (both out of my way) as this location seems to really not care...

Tried to order through the app, and apparently this store’s online ordering was down at the time. I went in the store to use a promo the app was offering and was told I had to go to another location to use it. Lots of room for improvement from a customer service side.

I just wanted to start off and say I’m really disappointed in the service of this Zaxby’s location. Every time I come I place a mobile order so I have my whole family’s order and payed for before I arrive at the store. I do this for my convenience and the store’s convenience. Whenever I show up they just tell me “oh it just came in but go ahead and pull up” at the drive thru intercom. When I pull up to them window the try to get me to part (which most of the time I do) but the last few times I have pulled up they always have my order completely wrong or give me someone else’s order. Tonight I placed a mobile order. Same thing, was told to park and I refused I tried to explain to the manager why and he didn’t want to hear anything I was saying just was talking over me. My husband and I could over hear him on the other side of the drive thru window complaining loudly about us as if we couldn’t hear him. I’m really tired of the poor customer service I have received here it’s definitely not the first time I’ve had rude service but definitely don’t expect that from a manager…

I had an embarrassing number of requests and the manager was very kind and respectful through all of
Them. First I crushed my son’s kids cup in mistake and spilled a huge mess. He was very accommodating and said he would take care of it so I could enjoy my meal.

Later when my wife got the chipotle tacos instead of the avocado ranch, the manager remade it personally.

Ba very cautious with the Goth Soul at the Drive-thru. DO NOT be Happy. DO NOT be in a Good Mood and most importantly Please DO NOT Say Thank You-Have a nice Day to Her. Such a shame. She's Awesome. I do care about Her. It would be a privilege to to get a call to go change a tire for Her at 3am on the side of I-75 during a Tornado Warning and I will in a heartbeat. So please Forgive me for being in a good Mood at Your Drive-thru Drive-thru. I have however put a post it note on the windshield reminding me to turn the happy switch off for future visits.
Management: Please treat Her like Gold with A Nice Promotion and Raise. It tears my heart to shreads that She's uncomfortable with kindness.

Outstanding Service from Frank amd his Team at Zaxby’s

My order was messed up on 10/7/2025, so I called and spoke with Frank, the manager on 10/8/2025. He asked me to come in so they could make it right, and to my surprise he replaced my entire order and made sure I had everything before I left. It was a 30‑minute drive to get there, but his professionalism and dedication to taking care of the customer made it completely worth it. I truly appreciate the excellent service—thank you, Frank!

The tiniest and driest wings and fingers known to man. I paid extra for sauce on my chicken fingers. The sauce was almost non existent. The little 2.5 inch wing was cute, not. Why is there a bone going across the top of my chicken wing (see photos)?

Little girl at the counter was awfully rude, i asked for zax sauce and she dropped it into my hand like i was gonna bite her, she made the atmosphere very uncomfy!! As an almost grown boy this truly hurt my feelings. Hopes she gets a word from her manager!!

Really need to work on online orders. It seems like you have the drive thru down pretty good. Whatever system your using for the drive thru, use it for online orders times two 2X. 😁

Came in to get a quick lunch…witnessed employees yelling at each other and then overheard a group of them taking down about another employee calling them nasty names and having overall shitty attitudes…ruined my appetite and makes you think about what they could be saying about customers while they’re getting food….gross…

Lemon pepper chicken was wonderful!
