This place has went down hill. I have ordered the 4 piece chicken tender meal 3x within the last year. After the 2nd time, I said I wouldn't order it again. But my husband wanted it (our local bojangles), because he thought it would be as good as the location in decatur where he works. WRONG. The tenders are small enough to be considered nuggets. For $30 for 2 large meals I expect to have chicken fingers longer than my index finger. This has been my experience the past 3 times I have order this meal. Also, the wait time is getting out of hand. There was a total of 4 cars pulled up while I was waiting for my order.

parked for 10 minutes just for bo rounds and they forgot about us until i had to go inside to ask about it and they didnt even give me bo rounds they give me cold fries

Several weeks ago, I placed an online order. After waiting 15 minutes past the pickup time, I got home only to find what was given to me was wrong. I was given 12 chicken fingers instead of 12 pieces of chicken. I called and spoke to the female supervisor. She was going to refund the difference in price by sending a gift card to me. Never received it. Requested the refund through the Bojangles site. No response. More than once since then, my order has been incorrect in the drive through. More than once, there is no chicken ready at dinner time rush hour. More than once, the people at the front counter act as if I am an inconvenience rather than a paying customer which is the source of their income. I've always loved our local Bojangles. Not sure what's going on, but it's not what it used to be. That's sad.

June 11th, 2024 at 3:14 p.m. Check: 430305 My husband ordered a (2) 5 piece Supreme Combo Chicken Boxes. They come with Bo Rounds and a drink. The guy at the window told him to pull up and they will bring it out in a few minutes. He waited 25 minutes for them to bring the meals out to him, but they didn't. He had to go inside the restaurant to get his meals then he saw a woman standing behind the counter with his food in a bag. He said, she was talking to the other employees and she was goofing off. Only thing she said, she was so sorry about that! There was a second car waiting on them to bring their food to them too! This was not the first time they did this!!! They need a new owner or whole new complete staff that knows how to run a restaurant. WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS CEDARTOWN RESTAURANT TO ANYBODY!!
