Sorry, Place or a restaurant every time you go either the chicken sandwiches are frozen or something else is wrong and I’ll drive 30 minutes out of my way just so I can give them business, but I always have to leave without having food

This place has went down hill. I have ordered the 4 piece chicken tender meal 3x within the last year. After the 2nd time, I said I wouldn't order it again. But my husband wanted it (our local bojangles), because he thought it would be as good as the location in decatur where he works. WRONG. The tenders are small enough to be considered nuggets. For $30 for 2 large meals I expect to have chicken fingers longer than my index finger. This has been my experience the past 3 times I have order this meal. Also, the wait time is getting out of hand. There was a total of 4 cars pulled up while I was waiting for my order.
