My sisters & I decided to dine in, since we had not had Bojangles in a while. I know why now... We all 3 ordered something different, & all 3 had to end up changing something about our orders; they were out of this & out of that. NOT a pleasant experience...

I went to Bojangles this morning to get my food. I wanted the Breakfast bowl, But I did not want the hash brown! So the lady charged me for a side of gravy, A side of eggs & Sausage (When I asked for bacon)!! It came up to $13! So I called & spoke with Kurtis, Who was very friendly! He told me to come back & he would fix it the right way. When I get there, they’re very busy, it takes me 10 minutes to be able to talk to him & They still didn’t get my order right!!

Waited 30 minutes inside to get just a gravy biscuit and supreme combo that was already placed online, only one girl was actually working, running from the front to the back making food and taking orders, truly ridiculous. The other girls didn’t help do anything until they finished their 30 minute conversation. Wish this place could be better customer service wise .

I woke up with the worst food poisoning case from eating two legs and a thigh from this Bojangles on December 29 2025 . Never again will I come to this Bojangles again . Vomiting nonstop and nonstop trips to the restroom all cause of their chicken

The Chicken biscuit was very dry and a sweet potato pie is not a pie without the cinnamon and sugar it just sweet potato filling in a dry crust.

Worst experience ever at this Bojangles. They told me to pull up to curbside and said they would bring my order out. I waited over 30 minutes nobody came out, nobody updated me, nothing. After sitting there forever, I finally had to go inside and pick up my own food.
This is terrible management and completely unorganized service. If you can’t run curbside properly, don’t offer it. Wasted my time for no reason. Definitely the worst-run Bojangles I’ve ever been to.

Your basic Bojangles, so nothing new. I stepped in for a Chicken, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit. It was good. Health Score was a 91. Workers weren't overly friendly, but weren't rude. I would eat here again. TV was a little loud.

I’ll change my review once we get this issue sorted out and I no longer have to beg and drive back and forth multiple times for one order. It does suck I have to resort to leaving a weekly bad review to get what I pay for.
Once a week either myself or my spouse will order anywhere from 4-6 bo-berries with extra extra EXTRA butter and icing. Only two times out of around 12 times have we actually gotten extra butter and icing that we paid for. Why am I leaving a bad review? I am a customer, I pay for extra butter and icing, even with me paying for it, I never get it. When I open them and check before leaving, I always point it out and very kindly ask for the extra icing and butter to be put on my bo berries. Three times now, I have been told that I get what I get and don’t pitch a fit, that even after paying for extra and getting less than a normal order would get, I’m still going to receive a dry empty bo berry with almost nothing on it, but they will charge me extra!
I usually only have this issue with first shift by the way. If I order in the morning and they screw me over and refuse to fix it, I usually have to wait until second shift, then they will fix it and are very kind. It’s sad I have to wait for shift change and spend 15$ in gas to get my order fixed WEEKLY. First shift is the problem! Second shift always fixes first shifts bs.
What makes things crappy about this, those biscuits are for a family that lives very far from town, they are not mobile and the mom is in a wheelchair. They can’t get up and drive the 18 mins to town weekly to fix an order they paid for. I do get tired of the attitude and shittyness when I point it out to first shift, and them still not fixing it so we have been going to McDonald’s and ordering the pies lately. We would love to come back and get our biscuits but it seems even when paying for extra, you won’t get it and will catch grief for asking.
If a customer pays for extra, give them extra! I took a picture from today’s order and will try to attach it to this review. This was the least amount of icing we ever received and the most we have ever been charged. We paid for extra, argued and still didn’t get it. This order was supposed to last us the week but again, they probably won’t get ate due to almost no icing and butter on them. We are sick of spending money for something we can’t get unless we wait for second shift to arrive! I want to make it clear that second shift is not the issue! They always fix it when first shift does this and if we ordering during second shift we always get extra and are treated well!

The whole place is nasty, the workers don’t look clean, the chicken was raw, the bacon was raw, my fries were cold and they didn’t have sweet tea. Management wasn’t even “around” at the time to “fix” it.

Place feels a little low on good vibes. I get that it's work but come on. Also, never expect to have them make any adjustment to whatever you order. Want no cheese? Too bad, have all the cheese! Service other than that is good! They're friendly, but not that helpful. Food is what you would expect. Good day!

This is one of the most unorganized restaurants I have ever been to in my life. You have 5-7 cars parked and waiting 30 mins for food….
Employees walking around the parking lot confused because there are so many people parked. Having to go back and forth multiple times because they are still missing food from orders.
