I love eating at Rudy’s. Great food. Of course the tacos are awesome but I really enjoy the sandwich, it is my go to! I love supporting a family owned small business. I have seen 3 generations pitching in and getting it done.
Fantastic food truck. The cheese that melts between the tortillas and gets a little crispy on the edges really makes these tacos special.
Rudy’s is a great spot for authentic street tacos, with the Asada well seasoned and very tender. The monster tacos and steak nachos are also popular, though the cheese on the nachos was just sprinkled cold on top. The sandwich is a go-to for some, and the food can be customized to have just veggies and no meat. Rudy’s is a different caliber, producing some of the most authentic and tasty tacos in the area. The family and staff are always nice and willing to chat with customers, with 3 generations pitching in. Quick service is an added bonus, and the prices are good. It is more of a to-go place as the outdoor seating is very limited, but definitely worth a stop.
