If you are asked to pull up to have them bring your order out to you prepare to wait an absurdly long time for your order to come out, and that's if they don't just forget entirely which is excatly what happened to me a few weeks ago, I had to wait 20 minutes before finally going inside to see where my order was only to be met with total confusion by the workers who seemed surprised to even have a customer pulled up at all and had no idea which order was even mine. That's the only time I've ever had to ask for a refund. I'd be willing to just write it off as a bad day and leave it there if it wasn't for my dad going there earlier today and being asked to pull up as well and had to resort to his horn after 15 minutes of waiting with no indication that his order was coming. The worst part is they were not even particularly busy! you'd think with the dozen or so employees they appear to have in the kitchen at any given time at least one of them could make ensuring customers that are pulled at least receive their orders in a timely fashion. If we return at any point in the future which as of now isn't very likely to be soon, do not expect us to pull up when asked, we will sit at the window until we get our order because apparently that's the only way to ensure that the workers remember you're there.

I'm not sure if they have changed where they purchase the chicken or if it was a one-off issue...but something is very different. I could literally ring my chicken from my biscuit like a dishcloth. Greasy doesn't even sum it up, it was dripping everywhere, but it was still so rubbery it didn't tear. When I couldn't bite into it is when I discovered this. I've never seen anything like it. Unfortunately, even if it was a fluke, my desire for eating here is nonexistent.
Ordered at the speaker box and the order taker could not hear me. I asked for a chicken biscuit combo with medium fries and a large sweet tea, a chicken leg kids meal and 2 other drinks with that as well. I was asked to pull into a handicap spot. Waited for my order for 10+ minutes. When I received my order it was incorrect. They gave me supreme combo and kids supreme combo. I told the worker that I had a chicken biscuit combo but I would take the kids chicken leg combo. She got confused and when I looked at the receipt, I realized it was not my order because the drinks I ordered were not on there and the order was not correct. I also mentioned how I had a medium fry and on top of my wait, she said it would be another wait on those fries. I am having to leave this review because when I called the store, no one would answer.

This place was such a wonderful place when I made the order they asked if my day was okay and I made the order and it only took a few minutes to get done and when I took a bite of the food I was astonished I was incredibly happy with my stay at Bojangles in Cedartown I loved the bo sandwich!!

Paid and waited for my food for 40 minutes, no food came out, so i just left, waste of time, waste of my money, glad you took my money though and delivered no service, more like a theft of service, entitled crew, poor management, well keep losing customers and hopefully theyll shut this place

Save your money at the Cedartown Ga location. I just made three trips to get a 4 wing order right and they still did not get right. First they shorted the order 2 wings. When attempting to get the order right the incompetent staff put 1 wing and thigh in the box. This staff needs a kindergarten teach on duty to teach them how to count and a picture guide to help identify parts of a chicken. Incompetent staff and poor management to say the least.

Came here to try and was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was good the biscuits were moist and delicious. Service was great freshly cooked tenders took only 4 minutes. Best fried chicken establishment in town. We dined in, girl at the counter was pleasant. Will def be back.
