Drive thru people need manners. They need to smile, not act like you’re bothering them. No wonder the parking lot is almost always empty.
If you want more business , do better in service and training with your employees.
Rude associates!!!! No customer service whatsoever!!!! And every time we do try to get something from there they are out of tenders or bone in chicken or sides. Maybe hire better associates that will treat customers better and actually cook food or order it!!!
