The visit was okay at the drive-thru. Sandwich was as expected. The issue is I can't use my receipt to do the survey and get rewards (free food). There is no restaurant i.d.# and the phone number on the receipt is disconnected. I Googled the phone # and no one picked up. I'm mad now.

The person who took your order is the same person who prepared our order.The cashier, who took our order is guess who? The cashier is the one who handed us our food and who we paid. Sad but true story, There's no going in the diner, and eating inside because there's only 1 person running the whole operation and she doesn't have time to unlock the door. She would have to run another cash register and it would definitely be a security issue for her as well. There was only one person ahead of us in the drive- thru and she had to park them maybe two car lengths to wait for their order but we received our food before the parked car. I felt sorry for her because she is only getting paid one salary but running the entire operation and this wasn't the first time I've encountered this problem at this establishment..This is sad and ridiculous at the same time. I couldn't believe after not patronizing this particular place after three years due to medical reasons. The same problem still exists.

Filthy. Old food. The box had a brown stain. The pie looks and felt like it was sitting in oil and coated in sugar multiple times. There is a reason this place is always empty.
EVERYTHING WAS FRESH . It was really good . And I got a good deal . Everything was hot even the fried and the beans and rice chicken was hot and it was cooked just right

Honestly, if I could give this place ZERO stars I would. There is NEVER anyone at this location. Went in there tonight and literally one person working. He was coming out of the backroom into the kitchen, looked right at us and said nothing. Then he goes back into a backroom. They had like 3 pieces of chicken under the heat lamps. While waiting, he comes out again, looks at us and says nothing. Waited a couple more minutes and looked around, It's a freaking ghost town. The place is dirty, from the seating area to the one guy that was working there. LITERALLY ONE PERSON. He was not wearing any hair net for his dirty hair or nasty beard. Looked like he hadn't showered in days. While waiting no customers just us. Nothing. Ended up walking out. I purposely waited outside to see if this clown ever came to the counter, nope. Not sure how this place stays open when everyone in town goes to Bojangles. Now I know why. Save your time to avoid this place as they seriously have some health violations going on. BTW, I reached out to corporate about this location but they keep cancelling my service ticket, so that may explain a lot. If you are craving some chicken, run from this place. Seriously there is a major reason why ZERO locals go here. Read the other reviews from past workers, horrifying! But after going in, I believe every single word. There is no pride in this place, and it's GM should be fired for allowing this place to be operate in this manner is ridiculous and dangerous. Where are the surprise health inspections when you need them!!!

I thought we had found a good Popeyes within a 50 miles radius of us, but after the 3rd visit today, will not be back, had to pull up from the window and wait 21 minutes for a 3 piece tender and when I left I took a bite out of it and it was raw! I guess we are done with Popeyes restaurants all together.

Worst job i had only lasted 2 days. managers are very rude. Not only to the customers but also to the coworker’s. Eating here is a health hazard. On my second and last day of working there, the restaurant manager was showing me how to cook the rice. There was trash in the rice bin. Dirty used gloves, dirty used paper towels. He he just scooped the trash out and continue to use the rice. They also reuse all of the sides. So their sides aren’t really fresh. they freeze the sides overnight then microwave them in the morning.
Much smaller than the Rockmart store but the food was warm.
