ridiculous service and unsafe food practices....and they absolutely refuse to take a pick up order over the phone. not even for older and not tech savvy people. some people don't have internet and cell phones
Zaxby’s Cedartown, GA is in total shambles! I understand it is s training center now snd I give it an F-. Wait time, attitude, Lies, Bad or wrong food! Thank goodness a Chick Fil A is opening across the road. Really miss Jereme and the old crews. We only consider Zaxby’s now when the Zensation is available but we refuse to go to this Zaxby’s and we will go to Rome Ga to get food.

8/21/2021 I went though the drive thru I saw the girl hand my food to the car in front of me and they open it and said it wasn’t there’s and handed it back. I pull up and she hand me the same bag. I refused it because of safeserv rules and one of the mangers was at the window She said it was not the same and when I question her about it she said she was sorry. There lobby is closed for covid and they going to cross contaminate my food this is B/S
