Great service. I love the sports on all the tvs but got order wrong then they actually refried the chicken wings and changed the sauce it was terrible. But that was just the cooks fault. The manager is totally lacking too because they never even came to the table and kept making this waitress address the issue after we told her the wings were clearly recooked. Oh yeah and the terrible manager then said we are busy now so you have to wait for your food longer which is crap. We were there for hour and a half. Fire that person they suck!

Management: just keep in mind whatever corporate says you should play your TV's or have audio playing throughout your restaurant remember the majority of your customers no matter whose team is playing in the state of Georgia there's always that Lone Star team that comes to your establishment to watch their favorite team.. please don't wait till half-time next time to do what the majority of your customers at that moment in time request or you just might get a 2-star rating

Visited here multiple times since and every. single. time. we get the worst slowest service. The waitress eventually comes to table after we sit down then disappears for 30 minutes before even taking our order. About got up and walked out. Food isn't even that great. House sampler was not as advertised. Got about 1/8 amount of nachos pictured. See photos. Very unsatisfied.
All booths were dirty and needed to be cleaned off. Service was very slow. Leaking air conditioner with water all over the floor. Boneless wings were good, Asian zing was favorite so far.

We tried to go to BWW in Macon and got horrible service and walked out. Drove down to this one in Warner Robins and as soon as we sat down Karistyn was there to take our drink order and was on top of everything! She was wonderful! Definitely will be back!!!

Their free Veterans day 10 boneless wings giveaway was a hit! The dining room had numerous tables with food and dishes left that were not being cleaned. Unfortunately they didn't have enough staff to handled the crowd. I am not holding that against them, since they were doing the best they could. Under the circumstances, I think the performed well.

Do not come here for fast or competent service. From the time we entered and tried to be seated nobody seemed to want to do their job. My traditional wings came out with hardly any seasoning, so, I sent them back. I guess this upset them because they came back buried in spice. I had to send them back a second time in hopes of getting my food prepared correctly. I decided to try BWW tonight and I am sad to say nothing has changed. There was one server to take orders and she was very flustered. It took 3 tries for her to remember to bring my drink.

we came in and served janelle was very disrespectful once we got our food not even 5 minutes later she asked “do you need any to go boxes or something” then proceeded to talk to her coworker while looking at our table and making faces then she was like “anything else yall want” when she didn’t give us our ticket she charged us $3 more for a donation and said it was a drink charge and charger us $6.89 for drinks that came included in our meal 6 for $19.99 and was rude when asked why we got charged when we had came in the night before got the same exact thing and we paid $24.89 and now we’re being charged $33.89 was very disappointing had this server before and was very disrespectful felt very racist won’t be back even though it was a regular place for us to visit

I've been going here for work lunches for about three years now, probably a couple dozen times in total. Almost every time I go there is multiple issues with service or food. The beer and cocktails are always fine, but the food and drinks routinely take forever to make their way to our table. The food almost always arrives cold or incorrect, and the servers take forever between visits. This isn't a one-time thing, it happens almost every single time I go to this particular one.

Great service! Bartender is wonderful! Just had a couple of beers and appetizers and had a wonderful time visiting with the other patrons.
Visited again today, and a really great and relaxing time . I've decided this is one of my favorite places to much sit back and relax.

ok, this place kind of gets to me at times. there's always LOTS of servers around, but they kind of seem to be just walking around socializing... the food is delivered strangely, it doesn't come out at once but each order comes as it's completed so not everyone in the group gets food at the same time? it can be very slow at times, especially considering the crowd size.... it's ok, but it could be better.
