This location is terrible. I have been a few times since I live two miles away and they casually forget portions of my order every time that I go. Tonight they asked me to pull up and wait after I paid in the drive through. Lady comes out and hands me food, it was only half the order. I had to stop her and ask for the rest as she was already walking away. She came back out the second time and forgot items that I ordered again!!! Today I had to just leave after that because I was about to make a scene inside that poor excuse of an establishment. Do not go to this Arby’s until they bring in the robots to replace the workers. What a joke, and the manager should be completely embarrassed that this is happening on a consistent basis.

For almost four years, every time that I came to this location, the food was amazing. However, today that did not happen. The food was horrible!! The wrap was dry and there was no sauce. The fries were not that great either. For me to spend $6.00 the food, the portions were terrible and the quality should have been way better. I am beyond disappointed. The management they use to have they need it back because this ain’t it.

I placed my order at the drive-thru, however, I was not offered a choice of fries. In addition, I received a strawberry lemonade which turned out to be a regular Minute Maid lemonade from the fountain. Interestingly, at all the other Arby's locations I have visited, the lemonade is never from the fountain. Furthermore, the individual at the drive-thru window did not exhibit a pleasant demeanor.

Whom ever is working drive thru tonight around 1143pm. Really needs to check their attitude and unprofessional aggressive tone of voice. Don't get mad at the customer because you didn't see the mobile order and you have to prepare. Quoting a time for completing the order or telling the customer they can leave. It's not what you said it's how you said it. Don't get mad at me if you don't like your job quit. I had informed her that she is very unprofessional and I don't appreciate being spoken to with an attitude because your mad you have to work.

I inadvertently made a mobile order for this location but then noticed it was the wrong location…I called 7 times in a row to let them know the order was placed by mistake and to see of they could refund. I didn’t get any answer at all…kinda strange being a business that doesn’t answer the phones. Nevertheless no answer no refund. Guess they will notice when the food isn’t picked up smh
