Now, I've never been one for Arby's but, just the customer service alone at THIS location has won me over! I ordered the Good Burger 2 meal with crinkle fries and cheese sauce. She asked me if the shake was fine or did I want a substitute and I advised that the shake was fine... she reconfirmed if I needed any Sauces before having me pull down. Nice clean restaurant. Service was good food was good . The only issue was there was a homeless man in there camped out like he was at home. Playing loud music on his phone . He kept yelling out stuff, and honestly, it was scary. My twin 2 year old granddaughters were scared. It's sad that in America we don't help the homeless better.

I so wanted a pecan chicken salad sandwich. I love these...best anywhere. I was told they didn't serve them anymore. WhAT!!!?? That was the only reason I went to Arby's at least 1 to 2 times a week. I'm so disappointed.... won't be going back until I know chicken Salad sandwiches are back on the menu. That's 'bait and switch' folks. Not having it. I'll take my business elsewhere for now.
