Baskin-Robbins

Been here multiple times and have had to wait at least thirty minutes in drive through even though there was no line. I hate to leave bad reviews but I am hoping management will see this and potentially fix it. Also this dude with a round face and light eyes for his skin was staring at us manically when we were eating our ice cream parked out front.

Is not open 24 hours says 24 hours on store too idiotic place

I go here all the time with children, they always gave me water for free, but now you can see that after the repair, this organization is already taking money for water, although they gave me for free, I will not come here again with my children.

I bought an ice cream cake on May 20th for a birthday. I was in charge of buying the cake. We went to start distributing the cake to the children and the children ate it. They started vomiting with headaches. More than 3 children and two adults star to feel bad I went through the worst pain I have ever had. I went two make a complaint that the cake was bad, that a child could have been intoxicated .throughout the rest of the cake They only told me that the manager is not there and that the cakes are fresh, which were not fresh at all, they did not have an ice cream flavor and did not taste fresh. I only ask that this does not happen to anyone else because today it was only vomiting and a headache. Afterwards, it is not known if it will be more serious for anyone else.

Don’t order cakes here. I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday and it looked like my toddler made it. I contacted management of the store and no one called or emailed me back. I figured it was a one off thing so I didn’t cancel the order I had already placed for my daughter’s birthday. Again, it looks like a toddler did it.

Worst br I've been in and I've been going for over 45 years. The ice cream was ALL melted every flavor. So bad that my son's cone fell off he grabbed it with his hand to save it from the floor I asked them to remake our order they instead handed him a cup. If we wanted a cup of ice cream we'd of ordered a cup. They don't deserve the franchise name

Something has changed at this location besides a significant price increase. The last 2 times I visited the 3 female employees had to be summoned from the drive thru to help walk ins at the counter.
I ordered each of my kids a scoop. One of the scoops was not pushed down onto the cone and when my daughter began eating, it rolled onto the floor. My daughter was embarrassed and quickly picked it up. I showed the employee who immediately responded “it is not our fault.” I was taken back by the abruptness and felt like this could have been handled better. I ordered a replacement and was surprised the employee charged me for 3 scoops (including the one that fell and was not consumed). I told the employee I thought the customer service had declined in which she replied “i am only an employee and we have rules” which made the interaction worse in my opinion. This experience bothered me and I will not patronize this business again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

These guys are closed their location at 9 but in google it says it will close at 10pm and when we ask the store staff about timings they didn’t even responded I’ll never recommend this location don’t go …….don’t go ….

I ordered a cake from here and all the colors were off, there was less piping than advertised, and it was just an ugly cake compared to online. They also gave my mom a hard time picking it up because they wrote down the wrong date (one day prior) and made it her problem. I didn’t even get “happy birthday” like I’d asked, just “HBD” which would have been fine is they had called and told me they’d shorten it. I hope it’s just this location and not all baskin Robbin’s

It is big, the vibe is good. Servers are nice. I have been to several baskin robbins locations this is by far the best one for ice cream

Sketchy I saw a dead fly in one of the ice cream containers in the case and haven't gone back since.
