This is the absolute worst set up, I’ve ever seen, in a restaurant. You have to walk half way around the building, through a service alley, to get inside. It didn’t feel safe.
When I place an order via the mobile app, the black employee there only gives me 2 sauces if he’s working and says I need to pay for extra. When I have already paid via the app. He is the only one there that does that to me everyday and I’m tired of it.
Employees were cussing in the drive thru.

Something is going on with Chick-fil-A. The quality of the food is different. I used to receive it hot 🍟 but now it's lukewarm. What happened!

did not have a good experience here, the cashier gloria was kind of rude and then my fries were cold soon as they brought my bag to me. i didn’t even want to ask for fresh fries because of the energy.

They refused to do no salt fries. Isn't this Chick-fil-A policy. I will be calling corporate. You are biased.

I went to this horrible Chick-fil-A today. I bought a salad. They slapped a piece of meat on top of it and told me they could not cut it up because they don’t have a knife to cut my chicken for my salad. I will never come back to this Chick-fil-A for that bold face lie

If I could leave, no stars, then I would. I visited this location and ordered the Cobb salad with grilled chicken, no corn ,extra cheese and extra egg drive 30 minutes home open my salad, and it was made the traditional way it was rung up the way I asked for it and I paid for the extra cheese and extra egg.
I tried to call the location and no one answered the phone. I called Chick-fil-A. Customer care to find out that all Chick-fil-A’s are privately owned, but they will send a complaint to the franchise owner.
Never had a phone call or anything from the franchise owner Teresa Wilson, So about five days later I called customer care back and I was informed that the store put a reward on my account. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager this time someone finally picked up the phone after three tries this particular day and the person who answered the phone said that they were the franchise owner, Teresa Wilson. I explained the situation and I asked how come I never received the phone call I asked for instead someone just took and put reward points on my account. She told me she knew nothing about it. She never got the complaint that’s something that customer care does. I reached out to customer cares again. They told me that was not true. You can look at your rewards and it will tell you where it came from and who put it on there. Theresa Wilson is a big liar. She then told me that she will refund me for the extra cheese and extra egg, but not the salad. I called customer care back twice to speak to someone in corporate. They send the complaint back to Teresa Wilson, and she called and informed me no matter how many times I called customer cares. It will always come back to her and she informs me that at this point it is what it is was done is done.

How do y'all forget the sauce and straws ever! Single! Time?!
Worst drive thru experience to date. The girl taking our order was nice enough, but SUPER slow. The guy working the drive thru lines with her proceeded to take so many orders behind ours before it was submitted that it took us 15 minutes to get through the line and 10 cars left before us, some pulling from around us to leave. I understand you need to keep taking orders and keep the lines moving, but things used to fill the orders behind us could have been used to fill our order. When they finally brought our order, they only had 4 or the 5 drinks and wanted us to figure out the solution. I guess by tasting all of them??? I didn’t try the drink for the kids meal until we got home and found out it was still messed up. Before we left the drive thru, we asked for a simple treat card or something to make things right and they said no. Terrible experience all the way around.

Terrible service and quality control. I was so shocked because no other Chick fil A location has these issues. It appears from past reviews these issues haven't been addressed. Such a shame because I know Chick fil A prides themselves on superior customer service.

Rarely leave reviews, but here I felt like it needed.
We understand its chick -fil-a, we love it, but what did stand out was Nathan. I truly received three star michelin restaurant service from him. Not sure of his title over there, but if you are reading it, Nathan, I would gladly hire you!
