This place needs urgent attention to customer service. The guy attending and taking the orders is really mean, rude and disrespectful. I expected more of this place since is authentic Chinese food. Don’t ask for bubble milk tea for a drink because you are going to be very disappointed.

I always use 干煸豆角Stir Fried String Beans to judge a restaurant’s food quality and authenticity. This is a famous Sichuan food dish and it requires some culinary skills. China Kitchen’s dish failed my expectations.
The dish came out less than 2 minutes after we ordered it, which came together with another Stir Fried String Beans another customer ordered after we did, so it took the restaurant less than 2 minutes to prepare this dish.
We tasted it, it was merely boiled string beans poured and heated up by some chili oils, no sautéed nor stir fried flavors in the dish at all. Very plain and tasteless.
The other dish we ordered was the 沸腾鱼片Boiled Fish with Bean Sprouts and Chili Oil- it was not authentic. It was boiled fish spread with some chili sauce, no sautéing or frying methods involved before boiling. Again, plain and tasteless.
However, if you are on a low budget, this restaurant is your to-go place. It focuses on quantity not quality.

This place is inside the food court at the China town mall. It's very tasty. We got tea duck and sizzling beef. The duck was tender with a smokey skin and the beef was hot and delicious with a savory sauce. The meals also came with a slightly spicy vegetable soup that was very good. The prices were fair and the service was friendly.

Really good Sichuan style food. If you don’t know what you want, they have photos of alot of the menu items and can help you pick within your comfort range and customize the level of spicy you want per dish. Only place in Atlanta that I know of to serve Dry Hot

Good variety on the menu. Fair prices. The mapo tofu had a mild numbing spice.

Order off the overhead menu. The paper menus near the register are outdated so my dumplings were twice as expensive as I thought they’d be. They were good though.

My husband and I would always choose China Kitchen when eating out at the ATL China Town. The food is tasty and authentic. It is placed inside the China Town food court, which reminds me of a hawker style eatery. I love this place. A few of my posted photos show the food being placed in takeout containers, as I did not order for dine-in in those instances, but if you ask to dine in, the food will be served in proper plates and bowls, or even hot pots, depending on what you order. Please be aware that there is a small add-on fee if you use a credit card. I personally would try to bring cash whenever I come here, but there is an ATM inside the food court as well if you need it.
Food was terrible. I got the roasted duck, absolutely no flavor to it at all and the egg rolls were horrible as well. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Five stars for the atmosphere — but it’s a food court! Don’t go expecting anything else. It surpassed my expectations, given the name.
However, the food was not the best in the city, and the value that everyone talks about is nowhere to be found — 8 dumplings for $14.
Overall, I left hungry and unsatisfied, but I’m still glad I had the experience.
