Chipotle Mexican Grill

Never do online orders with this Chipotle. They NEVER give me the vinaigrette dressing with my salads.!! So again, I'm eating a dry salad! And from the looks of it, most reviews mention how they are missing items.

This is a very nice chipotle and they don’t skimp on the servings… friendly staff and clean atmosphere.

Two of the ladies at the counter fixing the food were very sloppy when adding food to the tacos. The presentation was not very appetizing.

Should be able to issue partial refunds. Terrible terrible experience

I have been here three times and the vegetable fajitas were super salty, and you order a meat burrito and they give you very little to charge so much

Very rude staff. Lady was talking bad about me in Spanish as she handed the food off and didn’t know I spoke the language

This chipotle is the best one in the USA. Every Saturday I come here and there is this one gentleman by the nickname I give him “Mr meat” is the best employee I’ve ever seen. Super fast and makes my day when I am very hungry. Very pleased with this man. Hopefully yall visit him to. Can’t forget about the other staff too they are insanely chill. Come to this chipotle and hopefully Mr Meat gets a raise.

They will use sneaky tactics to charge you extra. I ordered two Barbacoa bowls and when i said barbacoa for the meat, the employee asked, "two?" I said yes both bowls are mine, then got charged $10.50 for Extra Barbacoa on both my bowls and I didn't even receive double portion of barbacoa.

All the employees were speaking Spanish so I had no clue what was ever being said, and obviously didn't pay attention to my total.

Truly lazy service. Poor portions. Based on your CEO’s response to low quarters for 2024 each location was suppose to address portion control(customers perception of shrink-flation). I guess this location didn’t get the message. Gave me a small portion of rice & beans, 5 strips of fajita veggies. I honestly didn’t want to pay for the bowl but I despise people being combative with fast food workers so I just paid. Will not be back to this location.

One of the poorly run locations in the area. The site is often dirty and disorganized. I have stopped coming because they forgot portions of my order and didn't offer a receipt multiple times. As a consumer who prefers less hassle when eating. I'd got to a different location with better management.

Update: empty reply from the owner telling me to submit a comment to generic contact. It is unworthy of anyone's time at this price point. Go to another location that cares.
