A very very popular Mexican grill chipotle place in Chamblee service good also plus prices is just right as well plus it’s a bit of a quiet place to eat with hardly any noise not to much but ok

The atmosphere is so good. The music is not to loudly but enjoyable. The service very friendly and professional. The most important part, the food. Was amazing!!!

Walked in stood there for a few minutes. No one acknowledged me, but upon looking some of the staff were sitting in the lobby eating. I understand customer service is going downhill but this a flat out representation on a lack of management.

Chipotle is Chipotle. The food is always generally good. This location the food was ok. Some of the items looked like they were sitting out a while, and the lettuce and guac did not seem fresh and was brown
in areas. The steak was super dry. Maybe it was that day. I love Chipotle in general, so trust this review is not to bash the brand. Also the staff was ok, didn’t seem welcoming or friendly. Hopefully it’s not like that all the time. My first time to this location.

Food is super expensive and gave us small meat portion.Honestly even the rice was small like half scoop of rice and chicken.This chipotle store was disappointing would not recommend.
Edited:I’ve came here 2 times this month to give it try since my other Chiptole is so far.And they gave horrible portions barely any protein just like half a scoop and they don’t even listen.Gone downhill.

I’ve visited this Chipotle location several times and have consistently encountered significant portioning inconsistencies. Identical bowl orders can vary in content by more than 50%, which creates a frustrating and unreliable experience when combined with the price increases. After the most recent shortchange, I’ve decided to stop dining here altogether.

The young night crew staff are always so lacking customer service & being so standoff ish; it makes many uncomfortable, especially when we’re not being unpleasant/ have simple orders.
They’re so light on meat portions. The lady filled the spoon about 60% & was hesitant about giving a little bit more!
