Can y’all please tell someone that you’re supposed to cook the fajita veggies… they were so obviously not put on a grill for even a second. And I kept biting into what tastes like piles of salt. What is happening

Today, I asked for a veggie bowl and asked to make sure that the gauc is not extra since they didn’t add it the last time automatically. The lady, aggravatedwith my question, agreed. They added so much guacamole that it was green to where you couldn’t even taste anything but. I came back to ask for a refund or remake and once it was ready, they handed me a bowl with rice stuck everywhere on the bottom of the bowl, without a bag, further showing their aggravation with this order. I won’t be back anytime soon, and feel this was an act of discrimination.

Hands downs, this is the best chipotle location I have been to in Georgia.. They should add a tip location to the checkout as they’re only able to accept cash :( .. everything is great here won’t be disappointed.

I pick up an order here once a week and it is the only chipotle I’ve ever been to that is consistent in taste. The rice is never hard and the flavors always hit! It is well staffed with friendly faces, clean, and my order is already ready and correct!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free for the win!

We got to this chipotle at 9:00PM. The lady taking our order was hurrying us along. We tried to get carne asada, they were out. Tried to get chips and queso, they were out of chips. Tried to get vinaigrette, they were out. All of the workers in the back were cleaning up as if it was 10:30. I would understand them being out and not wanted to have that stuff prepared if it was closer to closing, but this was 2 hours before closing. Also, when we asked about the vinaigrette, the worker we asked turned and looked at the other two and they talked for 3 seconds then they turned and said yeah we’re out. On top of all of this, there was no where to sit because they had all of their chairs up as if they wanted no one in there. Extremely disappointed.

Location is horrible all around in all areas and aspectsFilthy,rude staff, poor food qualityWill refuse to make a quesadilla if you order it in line in-store/in person
The staff at this chipotle deserve some praise. One evening I was in line behind an absolute physchopath and the staff handled her so well. This woman had them remake her bowl no less than 4 times because of her insane demand - beans in this corner, what is that in my rice, no pico can’t go on top of the beans, stir the softitas…I could go on and on. She held up the line, claimed to be so polite but more demanding than an electrical load in a snow storm. The staff were clearly annoyed but never got short. Story aside food here is consistent, they are speedy and always kind.

I love Chipotle, but DO NOT place a pick up order here. They always mess up your order, and they need to work on their attention to detail. If you eat here, just place the order in person versus using the pick up option. Please work on your attention to detail, Chamblee Chipotle.

I ordered a salad bowl on the app with extra Carnitas. Not only did the forget the dressing but I'm not kidding when I say all of the Carnitas was chewy fat pieces. No actual edible meat. I'm pretty disappointed that I pay extra for "meat" I can't even eat.UPDATE: I have tried to access the link and it will not allow me to contact customer support. This is frustrating.
