Bathroom doors locked. Allegedly the men's and women's restrooms are both broke .as a customer eating thier food and drinking , how can we sit and squirm holding our urine while eating ????

I can't believe that in Georgia I can't get good flavorful chicken anywhere especially from the chain restaurants like Churchs, Popeyes, Bojangles. All pitiful, and I can't get a decent bowl of grits in this state. I moved here from up north and the food and restaurants are much better. I'm disappointed with Georgia.

Love this franchise fast food restaurant. Fast service and great selection, I normally order their big box chicken package meals. Sometimes I'll go just for their Tuesday specials. Their apple pies are to die for excellent, if you haven't tried them... you're missing out. They're soo good I can eat 4 with my chicken meal & still want moreš¤£š LOLšš their honey butter biscuits are also my favorites. Will definitely be back. Please don't close!
This location needs some oversight. They closed 45 minutes early, despite several cars coming to try to order. We waited 30 minutes for our food. They could not understand what we were saying on the intercom and didnt seem to understand how to ring up anything anyways. Incredibly slow. Extraordinarily slow. Like a fast food restaurant run by snails.

After attempts at thoroughly explaining my order, they still didn't get it right. Double checked thoroughly before leaving the parking lot. Good thing I did. A word to the wise, try Popeyes, B- Jangle's or even Publix instead.

both cashier and manager donāt know what theyāre doing. both seem like theyāre fully not there and didnāt have any idea of what orders needed what. i was denied a refund after being told that specific items i had weāre not available. the so called manager placed all blame towards the cashier and didnāt take accountability or step in to help. i was told there was no biscuits or mash potatoes. She then later tells me that the biscuits need to be cooked. she attempted to gaslight me and say that she was asking me if i would like to wait for the biscuits when that wasnāt was stated. the manager couldnāt stop bragging about how she was leaving soon as she let the cashier run around looking lost. another customer came in and stated that she was waiting 20 min for a biscuit and fried okra. the manager kept saying her food is being cooked as she ordered āfriesā after that specific customer repeatedly said her order was biscuit and fried okra. the manager proceeds to pick up a bag that seemed like her order that she was waiting originally for 20min. luckily the customer was patient enough and took a fried chicken instead. overall the experience was horrible and the staff were unorganized.

GARBAGE! GARBAGE! GARBAGE! LAZY HUMANS Ordered the food and wasted 40min of my time. After 25min I told him to cancel my order and he said it's cooking. Waiting for 15min again and no food. I left the place with food and money. Will never visit church's again.
The food is always good but today the service was horrible. I was on hold in the drive through for about 10 minutes no cars in front of me or waiting and only 2 people in the lobby. They finally take my order and tell me to pull around and wait for my my okra. The lady brings my food and guess what, no okra. They also forgot the hot sauce I asked for. I had to go inside to get my okra. No spoon to eat my mashed potatoes and no napkins either. To top it off, the guy fixing orders was talking on his airport. No wonder he missed items from my order.
