Jerod has amazing customer service skills, and every time that I come to Dairy Queen, my food is always fresh. I never have any complaints, and I will definitely be back again.

Jerod is the most amazing person you ever meet his customer service is through the roof!!! If you ever want fresh food come to this location no other restaurant top this location the FOOD IS ALWAYS FRESH HERE!!!! If I could I would give this staff a million stars 🌟 😊

Let me preface this by saying everyone I spoke to directly was kind and helpful. I spoke with a cashier and a manager.

I received a blizzard with BUGS blended into it. I spoke with cashier and they offered to remake. I told them I couldn’t eat there again. I asked the manager for a gift card at another location and she spoke with the owner and the owner refused a gift cards. The owner only offered a credit for that store. I can’t eat there again.

I ordered a large Cheesecake blizzard but the interesting thing is there is no freaking cheesecake inside. If you are an employee there please make sure you check before you serve your customers, I understand mistakes happens but I paid and when I went home to peacefully eat my treat I was disappointed.

If you are an owner then I request that you make sure the quality is maintained. I dint pay money to eat huge chunky strawberries.

Horrible experience this man was so disrespectful because i did not want the cone he made so I requested a refund I asked for his name and he said “these Nuts” ? I also put in a complaint to the franchise this is unacceptable what if i had my daughter with me

Also asked for sprinkles on the side as I always do and was told they are not allowed to do this but I will this time ? to avoid any problems I said thats fine you can just dip the cone.

I used to like this piece but now I don’t like it anymore because it’s having excessive amounts of sugar and Oreo cookies are difficult to chew because it’s too hard and I won’t eat here anymore.

Tried to order and was ignored completely. Was standing in front of the register and the cashier took the order of the man behind me.

Was clean and had a great staff working and completed my order in a short time and everything was great!

Burger was Awful! Bun was so tough it was like it was old and microwaved. Total rip off too since I paid $30 for a horrible burger meal and chicken strips. I strongly suggest going anywhere else.

Stop by and picked up a large chocolate milkshake it was very good it was ready in no time at
