I chose to stop by and use my rewards points for a couple of hashbrowns as a snack before work and I ended up throwing these away (even though they were free). Unless you like your hashbrowns, soggy and saturated in grease to the point where your work clothes will get ruined, I suggest going elsewhere. Not to mention when I pulled up, the employee threw the bag at me and said have a nice day almost says if it was an insult then I drove through the drive-through for my reward item. Will not be returning to Dunkin- Starbucks it is!

Walked inside this location for the first time and there was flies everywhere landing on the donuts, employees and us. Very gross and makes me think about all the times I've ordered in the drive thru and didn't see what was going on in the inside. Couldn't enjoy my food or coffee. Appetite ruined. Go to Starbucks a few lights down

Ordered a matcha iced latte with oat milk and they put regular milk . I’m allergic to dairy and didn’t notice until I drank a few sips and I started to feel sick . Went back during my lunch to return drink and employees showed no concern or was apologetic . Only told me to bring it back with more in the cup next time although the drink was half ice when I received it and some of the ice melted by the time I was actually able to come back . Would never come back to this place again !

Ordered two sausage biscuits this morning before work and after seeing my biscuits looking old or too done, I decided to just eat a meal from my work place. I called dd to resolve the problem while being at work and after the lady said to hold on, she hung up. I called back an hour later seeing that there were no cars there and she told me to call tomorrow morning.
They closed before their closing time and wouldn’t serve me

I’m a Dunkin girl true & true!!!! I finally tried the mangonado & it did not disappoint ?
I added a shot of expresso because I’m also a sleepy girl !
This location was definitely busy and their selection of baskin flavors was ? too some I hadn’t seen before.
The staff here are also very pleasant.

Most days my order is correct but today I ordered a chicken wrap, and they gave me chorizo. I don't ear pork. Looking at the majority of their workers I would think they don't either and understands how upsetting this is.
They gave me the refund but weren't apologetic about their mistake. I'll still order coffee from here but never again with the food.
They also put your bare don't in the bag, including the one's with frosting on top. No packaging and no napkins unless you ask .
