Not once has this place gotten order right. Today ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuit, just sausage. Forgets donuts. Never provides receipts. When asked have caught them overcharging. I will literally drive 3 more miles to next location if I can help it, even though this location is in walking distance

I ordered a regular latte with no sugar but received one with three caramel swirls and three sugars. I kindly asked for a new one without sugar and just sugar packets. The employee took my drink, went back and came back with the same drink and 3 packets of sugar. I didn’t realize until I had already left that it was the same drink she gave me the first time. When I called, the same employee told me it was sweet because it was a caramel latte. So, instead of making a new drink, she just gave me back the same wrong one. Of course I ended up throwing the whole drink away. Not only terrible service but also dishonest.

Unfortunately, it’s not very often that you find a Dunkin’ Donuts that is with the proper brand standards. This one was exceptional. Donuts were perfectly made. You can tell the store is at the perfect temperature and humidity so that the donuts don’t have that syrup look on the raised sugar, and that melted frosting that it has some of the improperly kept stores.

When I said, hot hazelnut black coffee, she made it perfect. To me black means no cream, no sugar and don’t forget the hazelnut syrup. So many stores today forget the hazelnut and add milk and sugar for some reason. Hot hazelnut black coffee is only made one way. This lady Was outstanding. Phenomenal job all around. Store was super clean. Staff was very attentive. I love this location.

Staff was super pleasant and helpful. Bought a gift card because I want someone else to hopefully experience this store and share the goodness. Pay it forward.

When I tell you this location is something else. They don’t update their app and for someone who had to walk up there just for them to say they don’t have the item is crazy work. On top of that. I asked for a complimentary cup of water SMALL at that. They told me .80c like dang you can’t even give me a small cup of ice water in this HEAT?!!!! Knowing yall put more ice than any type of drink product anyways. I felt so tried from them. The fact they were my go to Dunkin now I can careless with new renovations or not. I wouldn’t suggest

OK. It's midnight! I asked for a large Decaf Coffee earlier today! Judging by the fact that I am not sleepy yet, and had tons of energy today, I am pretty sure they gave me regular which has caffeine and keeps me up at night! I asked her to verify that it was decaf! Why don't people do what you ask them to do!? I am going to call them every hour until I finally fall asleep. Which probably won't be until 5am!!!! You lady's know who you are! Shame on you!!!!!

Currently under construction and are somehow they are closed but still remaining open but NOT completing orders. AND it’s not reflected on the app like its suppose to. They will rudely hang up the phone on your face, will block your phone number/ calls immediately when requesting to cancel the order or requesting a refund. You won’t receive a refund for up 10 business days when you call costumer service. Proceed with caution when spending your dollars here or at least until they are actually re-open physically.

For Dunkin' Donuts, the food was good. I tried the summer spritzer, and it hit the spot. I asked for light ice, but I felt like they didn't quite listen or read. The fact that they charge more for light ice is rachet, but with the current environment I wasn't shocked over the ridiculous greed it will just make me not shop at Dunkin' as much as I normally would. So instead of going 3 or 4 times a week, spending 20 to 40 dollars a pop, I may go once or twice a month. So for a 50 cent uncharged, they are now going to lose 100.00 a week.

Honestly I thought I was gonna have a delightful evening but I felt this strange feeling. I felt so uncomfortable, half of the employees were literally pissed. They kept rolling their eyes at me. I kindly asked ice cream and rudely interrupted by this lady. No, i spoke really loud and she was speaking so low I couldnt hear her. She gave me a attitude afterwards and she proceed her eyes AGAIN. I genuinely would’ve put 0 stars for the service but I can’t so I put a one. Please stop hiring these people who give such attitude and customer service.

The Worst!!! Opened 15 min late, the blonde lady should just quit her job. She looks miserable and doesn't follow directions for your order. Got the deal meal, asked to not add the sausage, as I don't eat pork, still put it on my sandwich. DO BETTER!!
