Noticed the cashier clear her eyes before taking my order. I asked her to wash your hands. She initially suggested she didn't know what I was talking about. Then when I asked again she and her other coworkers laughed. The lack of hygienic concern is very disappointing. I left without making a order or purchase.

Great place to sit down with a hot cup and get some work done! The service here is amazing and lightning fast; one time I couldn’t even put my card back in my wallet before I got my coffee! My only complaint is that the men’s restroom is way too cold. Not only is it colder than the test of the building, but I can literally see my breath while I’m inside.
EDIT: It’s not freezing in the restroom anymore! Five stars!

I used to go to this Dunkin’ Donuts every day I get sourdough breakfast sandwich and a large iced caramel macchiato, I found some of the stuff to be very rude and ugly refusing to help me make a payment with Apple Pay and I’m physically disabled, unable to reach the payment terminal I’m trying to speak with the manager so many times they’re either not there or can’t come to the window upon them to be very rude an only occasion there’s been a problem with my order their argumentative and don’t wanna solve the issue. Most I can know and it’s including this one do not give you a receipt they also do not ask you if your reward member and I think these are all done deliberately I refuse to go to this Dunkin’ Donuts anymore
