the customer service of the lady with them long ass nails needs to be better.
Small establishment with limited parking
The service was terrible even though there were no other customers. Came on Father’s Day at 3:15pm to treat the fam to coffee and the drive through person was rude and impatient. It’s clear by the other Google reviews that the owners/managers don’t care.
Worst Dunkin in ATL. Do not come here unless you enjoy bad service and incompetence
I tried several times to call and place an order for some French crullers, but no one ever answered the phone. Very disappointing service. 👎
So i went there, they didn't even notice me then i tried called them and one lady told me that she gonna take my order and I waited around 10 min but nobody took my order. Thats the best service i got till now .
Went in this Saturday morning with my lady to grab some coffee and the lady at the register caught an attitude with her for no reason. Had a very negative tone in her voice. First thing in the morning isn’t the way someone should be greeting a customer. One should be able to control their behavior in the work environment. Completely unprofessional.

This Dunkin location is easily the worst I've ever visited. I've been going since it opened and I've never once had good customer service. When you pull up to the drive thru, the woman in the speaker is condescending and rude. I've seen employees on facetime calls in the pickup window, basically ignoring any customers. The coffee and food are usually fine, but the customer service needs some serious improvement. Whenever I come to this location, I feel like the employees are angry at me for wanting a coffee. Whoever owns this franchise location needs to take time to review who is on their staff and how they can improve their customer experience.

I stopped there for two cups of coffee and they just gave me warmed milk with sugar. I guess they were out and too lazy to brew a new batch.

It’s 9 am on a Saturday! 4-5 people working and they told me they can’t make egg bites or any food because two of them are leaving. What does that have to do with it? You know how many times I go to a DD and there is only two people working…they still make everything. This DD seems to always have issues. Probably why it has a 3 star rating. Do better or train your team not to be lazy.

I made my order at cashier inside I ordered a $6 deal meal I asked the cashier to toast my bagel twice I like it dark,a young guy his response to me was it’s going to burn I told again no just do as I asked I gave him a$20 bill the total of my purchase was $6.48 he gave me my back $10:52 ask my change am standing right front him and he is literally confused then figured it out a said he will me $3 from the tip jar because he can reopen the register so the morning manager came over to the register and got my correct change so now I time to get my order so I asked the girl who prepared my food if she toasted my bagel twice she said yes ,so I told her the cashier didn’t even tell you how you knew so she open it and check so I did open it and checked it was not toasted twice so I turn to the cashier and ask if he told her to toast twice and he answered No so at that moment the said to me she didn’t like how am speaking the the worker and she not serving me and returning my money to said no I don’t want my money back I want the food that was her final decision she didn’t address her workers so that’s bad management on the managers part and a bad manager is creating bad workers I am never going back to that store.
A young lady by the name of Heaven took my drive thru order and was super rude and served me ice cold snackin bacon. When I tried to get a hit order of bacon she told me they don’t serve hot bacon anymore and tried to brush me off by not assisting me. She said that the store manager said wasn’t there and wouldn’t be back for hours and that the manager is the one who authorized to serve cold food. This location is the worst I’ve ever been to and I will be reaching out to corporate and the franchise owner.

The manager litterly refused to serve me my order, i always order the same order from all dunkins branches across ATL. She just refused my order. date :11/10/2024 , time : 8:30 AM .
