I had such a wild experience at this location! I swung by while passing through, eager to grab my favorite daily drink—over ice, of course! However, things took an unexpected turn. The staff here were incredibly unprofessional, and to my surprise, they charged me extra for ice! Can you believe it? I always get my usual order of over three shots of espresso with oat milk and French vanilla at other places without any hassle. Yet, here, she handed me my drink hot, saying she couldn’t give it to me the way I wanted because I didn’t pay for the ice. What a rollercoaster! Definitely not the customer service I was hoping for! Bad staff. I had to ask for my sandwich and a straw for my drink. I the only person in the store.

I had a mobile order, a croissant and a large ice coffee, and there was no one in line behind me, yet they told me to pull around front to wait. so I do, and 10 minutes pass with no one bringing me my food, so I go inside, and it’s sitting on the rack getting cold. useless workers who don’t care about their customers.
