When I walked in, I could hear two workers speaking to each other. They were both in the back of the store. No one ever came out even though I tried to speak and get someone’s attention. I like Einstein, but will not go back to this location.

So i come into this dry place with no personality.All of the staff looking like zombies with attitude.I ordered a sandwhich that should have included a chipotle aioli but she didn't put it on their so i didn't notice until i had pulled off.I wouldn't have come back but the bagel was very dry without it.I return back and told her that i needed the aioli because she didn't put it on the bagel honey the nasty attitude she gave them gave me this tiny cup with barely anything in it.This is the second time i have been in here and have gotten bad customer service.It will be my last...

Nattice was very helpful in describing all the bagels great customer service and food I brought 2 bagels in the morning then came back for lunch to try other sandwiches I plan on trying almost every sandwich. And sandwich was made perfect every time thank yal I will be back
