Nattice was very helpful in describing all the bagels great customer service and food I brought 2 bagels in the morning then came back for lunch to try other sandwiches I plan on trying almost every sandwich. And sandwich was made perfect every time thank yal I will be back

Subpar bagel Spot experience, there is no seating area which if it was a great bagel shop it would be okay because the bagels would make for it. But the bagel is just okay, they are flat and pretty small for the 5$ price tag (toasted with a smear of cream cheese nothing fancy, should really be a 3$ bagel not a cent more). Wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a real bagel shop experience, you can probably get the same quality and experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts on the same plaza (actually a bit better because the have a drive thru). The 3 stars came from the customer service, the lady at the register was pleasant and the store was clean.

While the bagel was fresh and perfectly toasted, it tasted as if someone wearing a lot of cologne or lotion…most likely cologne, made it, and the bagel tasted as the cologne. Couldn’t even taste the cream cheese. Since I picked up and left, I had to mounting the trash. Il

This visit was my 2nd visit. The first time the bagel wasn’t very good, toasted enough or tasty like other Einstein Bagels. The service wasn’t anything to speak of, so I thought… let me try it again. My husband and I tried it again bc we bank at Georgia United Credit Union right next door, and it was terrible. Dejah took our order and messed it all up. She looked super unhappy to be there and when I asked her about the errors she got defensive and nasty. I don’t think this one enjoys her job and the food was then tasteless and undercooked/toasted. I won’t ever be back to this location bc of it. I guess I’ll go to Dunkin even though I’ve always preferred Einstein.

I'll begin this review by first saying, I'm not a fan of bagels. I know, blasphemous. But Einstein Bros. Bagels is probably one of the best bagel places!! The bagels were fresh every time we went, employees are always so kind and welcoming.. their sandwiches.. TO DIE FOR! Everything was fresh and they did not skimp out on any of the ingredients in the sandwiches. Literal perfection, there really isn't anything they can do to improve. Well, except to be open 24/7 😂 This location is also on of the better locations in the Atlanta area so if that bagel craving hits, definitely stop by this place!

Absolutely horrible!!! Not one of the three employees acknowledged us as we entered. They got our order wrong and didn't provide the receipt. There was little attempt to offer any amount of acceptable customer service. Einsteins you can do better!

So happy to find out that there is an Einstein Bros near me. I visit pretty frequently and have always had a good experience. Fresh and tasty bagels

Came in at 1:12 pm on a Saturday. Store closes at 2. No coffee made. I ask if they are making anymore and the young lady said no, They are closing soon and will not be making any more coffee. I said you’re closing 45 minutes from now, and she said yes that is soon. Outrageous!!

The food here is good, and the farmhouse bagel is amazing. I placed a catering order for three baker’s dozen bagels and two large coffee carrying cases. I chose this location because it appeared they could have everything ready quickly for my meeting. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready, and the staff seemed very behind. There was no sense of urgency to adjust their pace and move more efficiently. I understand being busy, but at a certain point, there needs to be a shift in speed to keep up with demand. It seems like strong management could help the team better adapt to busier times. While I wouldn’t place a catering order ahead at this location again, I’d consider trying another location since our team really enjoys the bagels and flavored cream cheese.
