Decided to try this place out and see what the hype was about. This place was not it. Lack of service, waiters never came to check on us for refills or if we needed anything we had to get their attention while they sat down playing on their phones. Food was par had better. I will not be coming back to this place.

Affordable prices at this time where everything is so expensive. And great quality food. Customer service needs to get better but nothing is perfect.
Food was plain, more like it came from a cheap cane of food. It looks like it's fancy just at the entrance but food is not good. Place was empty, Server was just like the food, not even asked if we needed anything else, like a robot. I really don't care about the servers, I care about food and if is worth what I spend. It took about 2 hours or less for me to feel sick 🤮, the rest I don't think I need to describe it.

This was my first time going to El Viejon. P repare yourself to pay everything together if you’re going with more than one paying party on the weekend. They don’t separate your tickets and if they do they make you split down the middle. The first server we had got upset when we asked her why she didn’t disclose this information before sitting us down and even forgot to get one of our drinks. After they heard us complaining the manager did an exception and said she would do it for us only this one time, despite this being our first and last time going there.
The food is delicious and the drinks look good but there service could use some improvement.
When we paid our tickets gratuity was already included, which is understandable I’m okay with paying a tip but not when the service isn’t good.
Lastly when my friend was paying up at the cashiers desk everyone was all up on her personal space talking over her no type of personal space, the manager had to step in again and say something to the guy talking over her as she was just trying to pay.
