Armane L took my order at the register and was very rude. As I begin to place my order she interrupted and told me they were out of bacon and french fries. I see that the store has bags of fries in the store. She had terrible attitude at end of transaction as I tried pay for meal with a gift card. She said you should told me you were paying with a gift card. I’m not aware of your POS Im a customer not a employee how would I be familiar with your cash register. It was first time visiting this location I definitely surprised at the customer service I received.

I know many had a bad experience. Not us. Greeted IMMEDIATELY, the employee who helped us, was SUPER sweet, even though I was asking for 10,000 things..smh, she was VERY accommodating. I asked for a bag for my peanuts, my husband asked for a bag to carry the food back to our home. I mean she was super sweet. Put my jalapeños in a small container. It was a PERFECT experience and their score is 100A. ??? Thanks so much☺️

DO NOT COME HERE ! They will take your money and give you the wrong food and not even be apologetic about it . I have been trying to rectify with the store for two days now to get a refund because they incorrectly did my burger and because they put cheese all over it. I am lactose intolerant and wasn’t even able to enjoy it. The man, the person said I had to wait for district manager to issue a refund. Then I called the second day and then that manager says she would have an email to me showing that she issued a refund by the end of the business day. It got towards the end of the business day, so I called up there again and this time I waited 10 minutes on hold and then when I hung up because I thought that they forgot I was on the phone called and then the phone went straight to voicemail as if the phone was turned off. Very upsetting And will be calling corporate on the store.
