Went in about a week or two ago it was an awesome experience. I let the guy know I ordered via uber for pick up. They were cool about and very friendly. Even after I ordered fried after on uber lol . When I left they all said goodbye which was nice. my burger was fresh and so good. Can not wait to go back

This is the second time I’ve paid for large fries and received a ridiculously small portion. Five Guys is known for being generous with fries, but this location clearly does not follow that standard. Considering the high prices, this is unacceptable.

The food is good. Just make sure you pick up in person or dine in. If you order via Grubhub, they will eat your food because they don’t double sticker the bag. Which is a testament to how good the food is. Unfortunately, I will need to dine in person. Smh

I should have taken a photo but this is not the first time we've ordered from here only to find dry, overcooked burger patties, super soggy buns, wilted lettuce, etc. — not good. Friendly staff but this is not the food quality I've come to expect from this franchise and certainly not worth the price!

The cook making the burgers had cheese laying on top of some stainless edge before it was placed on a burger disgusting!! And even the are using gloves they are literally touching everything. Only good thing was fries

No parking lot. It also doesn’t say that it has parking when Googling location. I drove there and it was misty raining. The location was not very visible because it’s sitting on a slight hill or incline. Even with GPS I passed by it multiple times. When I called the store about its location and parking, they mentioned something that wasn’t thoroughly explained about parking, mentioning a parking garage and something else.
Depends on which way you drive in, one the ways is, if the restaurant is on your immediate right and you drive pass it, your option is to turn into a nearly empty parking garage. (Warning) if you proceed forward the road ends at a locked security gate, with a small dumpster partially in front of it. The gate most likely belongs to the apartment complex behind it. You will have a very narrow space to turn around because there is a building on your right and the curb on your left. I didn’t use the parking garage because I drove through one and didn’t feel secure or safe parking and exiting my vehicle nor were there any instructions on how to locate the Five Guys from there. If you walk out the garage it is past the Five Guys restaurant on your right, a bridge that connects you to another area is on your left. Therefore if you walk out the garage you will have to walk up a hill nearly to the stop light and find an entrance to their side walk.
I choose to drop off my passenger and keep driving around outside that area and returning until I saw them outside. I couldn’t call my passenger because I’d given them my phone with my order information because of traffic entering, I couldn’t stop and screen shot them my order information.
