After patronizing this restaurant for about a year I must say I’m disappointed. I have spent well over $500 at this restaurant and sent back a spring roll that was drowned in sauce because of the clearly spoiled taste. I had always ordered the spring rolls for my 1 year old who spit it out as soon as he bit it which made me try it and send them back. This upset my server Grace and she basically refused to take them back. Because of how she handled it I didn’t visit for over a month & when I returned on 11/30 She insisted I cannot order the spring rolls because “they will be the same as last time & she will not refund me or take anything off”. I sent ONE $6 menu item back and she writes off a customer as one inconvenience when I am always respectful always referring as well as tipping and have recommended Fúdo to MANY people & even shared this restaurant on my socials! I will never spend another dollar here, customer service is everything and I’m totally disgusted by my server Grace and the way she handles things.

If you’re looking for great drinks, excellent service; and amazing cocktails, this is the place to go. I heard about this place from a friend and gave it a try. I was blown away by the hospitality. The moment I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces and offered a table or a seat at the bar. I sat at the bar and had the best time with the bartenders Grant, Val, and Lore. The moment I sat down I didn’t have to worry about anything. It’s like they read my mind and knew exactly what I needed to enjoy my meal. The servers are very attentive and I love that management makes the effort to introduce themselves to guests. 10/10 experience. I love that I can come in for a quick bite, or have a full dining experience. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends.

One of my favorite restaurants in Atlanta.The sushi is phenomenal! Servers are very attentive and the drinks are great, with a lively atmosphere. Been there many times and never had a bad experience.

I found this restaurant while searching for sushi nearby, and the food was excellent.
Highlights & Must-Try Dishes
• Drink: The “One Night in Tokyo” was a superb, whisky sour-like drink with a nice splash of Luxardo.
• Appetizer: Based on previous Google reviews, I ordered the Dynamite Shrimp. It did not disappoint and is a great start to the meal.
• Salad: The House Salad (Ginger Salad) is uniquely delicious and quite filling. It's not the typical ginger salad you find at most sushi/hibachi places.
• Entrée: Although I initially came for sushi, I ended up getting the Kaisen-Don (Salmon and Tuna Poke Bowl). It was perfectly spiced and portioned. Be warned: it's a lot of food if you also get an appetizer!
Overall: The service was great, and the entire meal was delicious. I highly recommend anyone in the area stop by and give this place a try!

The Lord of The Rings roll was so good we had to order a second roll! Heard great things about the restaurant and was not disappointed! Great food, service, and atmosphere!

We had our anniversary dinner here and throughly enjoyed ourselves. We had dynamite shrimp, tori karaage, sushi, and katsu-don. The food was all delicious and the service was excellent. They even gave us a nice dessert on the house. My only knock is that it’s pretty dark inside and fairly loud when the restaurant is cruised.

You have to leave a credit card for a reservation for lunch. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard and I won’t do it.

Food was incredible, some of the best sushi in Atlanta, Service was quick considering how busy it was but did not come by until after we had finished our meal, the atmosphere is perfect for a date night.

Vegetarians: the tofu bowl “Chuka-Don” on the menu includes oyster sauce in its ingredients. Makes 0 sense to me why the tofu dish wouldn’t at least be vegetarian friendly.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Fudo was disappointing enough to deserve one.

I called ahead hoping to make a reservation, only to be told they weren’t accepting any. Fair enough I decided to come in person and wait. But what followed was ridiculous. I waited for over an hour, watching walk-ins who arrived long after me get seated immediately while I was told to “wait a few more minutes.”

There was no communication, no transparency, and no sense of fairness. The staff barely acknowledged the situation, and the lack of organization was obvious. It’s not just about waiting it’s about how you treat people.

For a place that presents itself as upscale, the service felt careless and dismissive. Not worth the wait, not worth the frustration, and certainly not worth recommending.

My son wanted to go here for his 22nd birthday for lunch. Had to $25/per person reservation fee, don't really understand for lunch. The service was good, the food was decent, but the ambiance is lacked. It doesn't seem like they put money back into restaurant. There was blue masking tape on wall behind us. Looked a little dingy and dull. The sushi looked great and tasted good. People on both sides of us were so loud.

One of the female waitresses was not friendly. We didn’t have a good lunch experience. They don’t allow us to celebrate two of our friends’ birthday with the birthday cake, even said no space to put the birthday cake in their fridge. We will not come again.

Fudo always hits the spot. I ordered the house salad, which I love. I also ordered the brussel sprouts, the Fantasy roll, and a glass of white Moscato. Everything deserved a chef’s kiss.

My friend suggested this restaurant to take me for a belated birthday lunch. The service was IMPECCABLE!! The environment was nice clean and organized. I was very impressed with this restaurant. The service was outstanding! The entire staff was professional and organized. The food was delicious!!! Did I say.... the food was absolutely delicious! Plus, they waitstaff are attentive and mindful of any allergies. Even took an order of the 'Audi' and the fried rice home! I am definitely returning!! Thank you for being such a wonderful and delightful place! Especially when the weather gets warm... I would love to sit outside. I was told they have love music from time to time. I would love to check that out!
