I always pick up from this location when I have family in town because they love their food. This is the second or third time I’ve been charged for pie although they were out of it/didn’t put it in my to go bag.

When I called to request a refund for it not being in my bag, the lady on the phone (Tai) hung up on me. She asked for my name after I had given it to her already, then probably was frustrated by that response, although I honestly feel like I should...

This location is pretty good, the inside layout is a little weird like they could have a better setup if you ask me.
They're constantly ensuring great service from the server's mainly, the food is okay would recommend typically asking them to cook it longer otherwise you might get undercooked chicken to be completely honest. Plus the prices are a bit on the high side which is crazy for the portion sizes you get, honestly they need to have a rework of the menu...

The only thing I regret with my recent purchase is that I didn’t order more chicken🤣. I’ve tried Gus from all 3 locations in the Atlanta area (Peachtree, Chamblee, and Roswell), and this one is by far the best location in my opinion. The chicken is fried to perfection and the flavor- *chefs kiss* so good! I ordered ahead but I would suggest ordering while you’re there because they tend to have daily specials. Would definitely recommend and making another trip to this...
