I’ve eaten here many times and the food is consistently boring. I get it. You put ginger in everything. Overwhelming amounts.
My roommate loves it. He bought two salads. I through 80% of mine in the trash because it was so pedestrian. Nothing special. Boring greens, white and overwhelming ginger taste.
From now on, if I want the type of food you serve, I’ll go to Whoe Foods and do it myself.

The quality of Gusto has gone down terribly. You can see they served me and my family molded lettuce. The veggies tasted rancid, thank God I didn’t take more than one bite. This is totally unacceptable. I made sure to zoom in on the pics so you can see the black spots aren’t seasoning it’s literally inside the lettuce. Gross.

The food is really great at the location we visit. Mostly healthy and enjoyable. The customer service is excellent. The team of people there are super kind and always happy to help. Chris and Mason are especially kind and helpful. Chris is always asking how everything is and what I think of the food, as well as making suggestions on items that he thinks I will like as future considerations. I enjoy eating in the dining room there…it’s always clean.

I am a frequent visitor and love the food. Last week, I stopped in and their system was down. Where most places would have closed the doors, they stayed open, took orders and gave the food to their customers at no charge. Staying open and choosing to have the employees earn their wages in the face of a day of losses says a lot about the Gusto brand. Five stars for making the most of a really bad day.
