Tasty food and friendly staff. On a whim, I wanted to try it out. I bought 3 different types of bowls for the family. It was good. I had the Thai spicy and sweet Chilli. Love the customization while still adhering to specific flavor type. Sweet potato chips were also not overly crunchy and tastes really good. Will try out another bowl next time. I wish I lived closer. They would be my go to lunch if I ever have to order take out. Also, I ordered online, so it was nice to simply go through the drive thru and pick it up.

This is the second time my order was wrong. Unacceptable. I ordered chili mango with shrimp and a second order of chicken with tahini. The orders were reversed. Plus it was supposed to be half and half. This food is expensive. Get it together people!

We continue yo have issues with receiving the correct / full order at this location. I just ordered food for two families and two of the three kids meals as well as the accompanying chips and drinks weren't provided. When I came back through the drive through to inform the staff I was asked if I was sure about the missing items. The bag given to me was entirely too small to have SIX bowls, six bags of chips, and 4 apple juices. What really gets me is the fact that there's an option for a tip upon payment. Why should I tip in advance only to receive subpar service? We love the food here but the service really needs improvement.
I have been to the location a lot in the past and it was great but when I ask for double chicken I did not receive. Its annoying when you get home and find you paid 19 dollars for something you could've made at home. Disappointed and wasted money.Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure if its accessible didnt go inside.
Love this place. Very consistent with great food and service. I like when they have the specials for a period of time. I had the limited edition Lemon Pepper Ranch bowl and it was amazing! They should keep this on the menu.

The food was amazing. Couldn't get enough. I wish I lived closer. The atmosphere is great and the music they put on was relaxing and topical. We ate in and they were very accommodating. Would love to eat again.

As an allied traveler it is difficult to find good clean wholesome options that are quick and flavorful in a new city. I had never heard of the chain but it was recommended by someone I trust.I did some research on the menu, read reviews then downloaded the app. Just for joining the rewards program (by downloading the app) you receive your first reward, a free lemonade! I sat in my car outside of the restaurant and placed my order. I was able to review my order found a mistake and corrected it with ease. I hit submit and the time that my order would be ready (10 minuets later) popped up. I waited for 5 then went inside as I walked in I noticed the cashier bagging an order. I gave my name and he said, "Here you go! Would you like your bag stapled close? Would you like more napkins?" It may not seem like much to most, but I truly appreciated the "service" in his customer service.I bought two salads one to eat that night the other for lunch the next day. When I got to where I was staying I offered a salad to my roommate. She LOVED it! She has lived in the area for several years but had never been to gusto!
