Husband & I went on Sunday evening. Place was practically empty. Waited forever to be seated. Service was slow, food was bland & underwhelming. I had eggs Benedict, husband had ham & cheese omelet. Hash browns were a bit undercooked. French toast was good. Overall, would not go back.

Leigha was amazing 5 stars please give her a raise. I had 17 coins on the IHOP App. I asked Infront if Leigha & Sanquilla if I can use the burger and full stack. Sanquilla said yes you can use It and we can do it as a split payment. My wife saw the manager come out of the bathroom during the conversation and stand at the host desk. When Leigha hand me the receipt the manager said that we can’t do a split payment. Spoke with the manager Latoya and told me we can’t do it even though she heard our conversation if I could use the coins for two split payments. Latoya said I was In The bathroom for 15-20 minutes when this happened. That is a lie she was never in the bathroom just making an excuse. The manager is lazy, incompetent and I don’t think she knows how to put in a code. Latoya can’t even multitask. It’s so sad that you have her as a manager. Last time I am coming to this IHOP. I would rather to first watch which I never had any issues.

The newly appointed female manager exhibits an overbearing presence in the dining area, creating an intimidating atmosphere for both servers and customers. Her behavior, characterized by constant hovering and disapproving stares, discourages servers from engaging in friendly conversations with their regular customers, which has significantly altered the once-welcoming ambiance of the restaurant.
