Went today after placing a mobile order on my phone and paying, but they had a sign on the door saying “closed after 6pm today”. There were employees inside ignoring me, finally they came to talk to me and tell me they are closed with one old lady laughing at me through the window. I understand these things happen, but allowing paid mobile orders just to be closed is poor service. Then ignoring customers who just want their money back and laughing is rude.

Not pleased at all with the quality of my food. Stopped by at 11:00 a.m., prior to going to work, to get a fish fillet sandwich. Food should have been hot and ready. It wasn't. My fish fillet wasn't in a square, and the appearance look like it had been sitting at 11:00 in the morning. The bread was tough and but fresh and soft. Not sure what they're doing at this franchise.... but they need to do better. This is ridiculous. It's been a long time since I have been to this particular mcdonald's...... and it will be a long time before I return and try again. If I could have turned back and took that sandwich back to them, I would have. Won't be going back to this location.

Don’t bother going to this McDonalds location. The service is horrible, I’m always having an issue with employees having an attitude at the drive thru. I ordered a steak egg and cheese biscuit and was highly disappointed when I got home and realized my biscuit had no steak in it. How am I supposed to eat a biscuit with nothing but egg and a slice of cold stiff cheese? I tried calling the number and no one answered. Did the survey on the receipt and the only thing that gets me is a BOGO sandwich. The last thing I wanna do is go spend my money there again and potentially get a wrong order again. No thanks.

Terrible service, all the employees chatting and people waiting to be served, the food and drinks are incomplete, they treat customers as if they weren't an important part of the business... lack of customer service training... that's why it's always empty here... customers leave and never come back... because of the bad service...

On Monday 10/6 I was provided the worst service ever. For lunch around 1pm I purchased a $5 meal deal with a chicken sandwich, nuggets, fries, sweet tea.and an apple pie. My total was over $7. The order taker misunderstood my order. When I got to the window to pick up my food I checked my bag and I was provided with a chicken sandwich, nuggets and an apple. I told the lady at the window that I was missing my fries and my sweet tea. The lady got her manager because maybe she didn’t understand what happened. The manager asked for my receipt and my food bag. She said per the receipt I was charged for 6 piece nuggets and the $5 meal deal comes with a 4 piece nugget. She took the 6 piece nuggets out of my bag and gave me the 4 piece nuggets and rest of order. At this point I felt what a big deal. It’s 2 additional nuggets. It wasn’t my fault the order taker got my order wrong. She also then proceeded to tell me I owed $.80 more which was no problem but I could not believe that once the bag was handed to me and I touched the food that the manager would take the food back for 2 nuggets. I pray she trashed them and did not use them for someone else’s order because she made a big deal to let me know that I should have only received 4 nuggets versus 6. She replaced the 6 piece nuggets box with the 4 piece nuggets box. To me this is ridiculous and poor customer service for a fast food restaurant that makes millions of dollars to carry on like this. I feel it was very unsanitary for her to take the food back once it was touched all over by me and then she handled others food also. I know over my 40 plus years of my life I’ve given McDonald’s thousands of dollars and I felt at that moment my business was unappreciated and no apology was given for the misunderstanding of my order. I believe if I was a different race that I would have been provided better customer service. In the future if I’m hungry for fast food if McDonalds is near I will not eat at another McDonalds fast food restaurant again because of the customer service provided here.

There is nothing worse than cold/stale McDonald’s French fries. I ordered from the app and I had to wait a couple of minutes for my food. My order was small, two small fries and a double cheeseburger was cold and not good! The cashier was kind and I could only rate the outside of the restaurant since I did not go in.
