If I could rate lower on service, I would. The worst McDonald's I have ever been to. And I have even been 4 or 5 times over the years in an attempt to see if things would improve. This means it's the management, not the employees.

Rude employees that can't read special instructions on order and refuse to fix orders messed up. Simplest order large vanilla iced coffee customized with no ice. I didn't want it to be mostly ice or watered down. I got full of ice. When asked for it to be fixed they simply poured out the ice and handed it back. When I went in to explain that I'd want it remade due to it being watered down I got ignored. Wasn't even filled all the way. Got food poisoning just from trying a few sips.
The service was actually excellent. The star was taken off because I asked for no pickles, and there were pickles. Otherwise, customer service was great!

Best durn Filet-O-Fish I've had in a very long time. It was hot and fresh! Just the right amount of light tartar sauce. My only complaint with McDonald's as a whole is the shrinkflation they're doing on their food. It's quite obvious when the food is noticeably smaller than the box it's in!! The sandwiches are like half the size as they used to be and twice as expensive. Do better MickeyDs! Bring back regular size sandwiches. In a minute everything will be a slider. IJS

I got a McChicken bundle and when I got to the second window the lady gave me my order when I pulled away I noticed I didn't get the barbecue sauce that I ordered so I went inside and I asked for barbecue sauce and ketchup I should have checked the whole bag LOL when I got home I opened up what was supposed to be my chicken nuggets and it was a box full of sauce and she made me pull to the third window to and wait on the chicken nuggets too, wow I want a refund!
