Went through the drive-thru at 9:30 at night got a double cheeseburger and an order of fries the cheeseburger was so old that had been microwave several times and look like the bread was so tough I couldn't eat it along with the burger the fries were cold I would suggest people stop sending their money in this place

The people here have the worst customer service ever I come in and I’m trying to get the little Hispanic girls attention because I’m picking up an Uber order as well as wanting to order something myself when she just turns to me to says hold on barely looking at me and so then I’ve been sitting there for another few minutes when this tall Hispanic guy walks up and doesn’t even acknowledge me and go straight to the counter to help other people . I then explain to him that I haven’t been helped and I’ve been waiting longer than these people to then he responds. Oh just give that girl a second and then I was like well I was trying to put in an order as well as pick up Uber so can I put in my order then he had the nerve to ask me how can I take these other people’s order before yours even though I was waiting there way before they walked in. Then, when the girl finally acknowledged me, she tried to give me the order and help me confirm it and once I told her, “hey I also put in an order for myself. I’ll confirm the order when I get my food.” She then takes the food and move it to another counter, but then immediately passes me my food and doesn’t give the Uber food and then when I try to get her attention to then get the food, she ignores me and walks away. A black girl with short ass hair, then proceeds to walk and I try to get her attention. She ignores me as well. I know common sense isn’t common but y’all need better customer service

Good food, one of the Best McDonald's I have been to, Staff is pleasant and courteous too. Never thought I would give a review for a McDonald's, But Well Deserved!
Alright food, service is just horrendous. I was in the drive thru and it took forever, literally. I had to repeat to the woman on the speaker multiple times (she was probably on her phone not doing crap as I was speaking). If you’re going to go a McDonalds, DON’T GO HERE.

Hands down BEST McDonald’s I’ve been to in years. No matter what McDonald’s I go to I always ask for fresh food and this one actually prepares it fresh with no problems. Staff are also very pleasant. Thanks for all you do!
