Food is nice and fresh and management runs a good store. But the hospitality lacks. Can’t even get simple services or human decency.
Instead they laugh at you while you watch them…… all because I asked why you want to ring 20 cents on my card and when I say why. It cost you 15 cents transaction fees to run my card….. What’s next, I will need to pay for ketchup napkins straws and soap to wash my hands?
Come on, you are not making anyone smile with this kind of hospitality.

The girl who makes the iced coffee can't read English enough to know the difference between vanilla and caramel and the difference between bacon and sausage I ordered a sausage mc griddle and a vanilla iced coffee I got a bacon mc griddle and a caramel iced coffee and this wasn't my first experience with the same problem at the same McDonald's

Every time I order a McFlurry, they barely fill the cup of ice cream (I got it barely halfway full) and barely any toppings. Like, I would be lucky if I got a single m&m on a spoonful.

Found hair in the double cheeseburger I ordered, so went to get a refund but they didn’t want to give the money back for food no one will eat cause it literally has someone’s DNA in it. Had to argue for a long while before they decided to give a refund (kept saying how that’s not how they do things, but how they do things is put hair in food??). Also, kept talking trash in Spanish and using derogatory terms thinking they couldn’t be understood by customers, that’s wild
