There’s been plenty of time when they don’t update their app!! i don’t understand why they say they have certain foods in stock and then when you show up at the window they say they don’t have it! really annoying and this wasn’t the first time this has happened!

Ordered a QPC meal to be told that if I wanted a ranch for my fries I had to pay. Trust me, I'm that petty to not go back. Hopefully fast food places stop this nonsense of charging for sauces, especially if the customer has already bought a whole meal.

If you're advertise Fresh Hot Apple Pies,🤥 the make them Fresh and Hot or at least Luke Warm. The apple pie I bought today was absolutely none of those things at 12pm (wth!). Disappointed🫤 McD's Chamblee, P'tree Blvd.

Went through the drive thru not long ago to order with my 16 yo. Ordered a 10 piece nugget meal then asked it to be made into a large; was told to drive around. I pay and realize they have a 6 piece meal. I advise the lady at the next window and said I'd pay the difference to get it to a 10 piece but lo and behold the short male Hispanic guy taking the orders comes around and rudely tells me no you ordered a 6 piece. I said no I said 10 piece and he wants to go back and forth. The manager comes with a nasty attitude as well. I stated again, I said 10 piece and I'm offering to pay the difference so I'm not certain why everyone has sick an attitude. I requested a refund and went across the street to chikfila. How dare he get off his post taking orders to try and belittle and intimidate me when I know what I ordered for my 16 yo. She hasn't eaten a 6 piece since she was 7 or 8 that I forgot those even existed. Both of them were rude!!!!

These ladies were on it!! Clean fast fresh food! Great price too!
Avoid this place. They add the 'late night service fee' on to every drive through order, no matter when you go. And, they have the gall to charge extra for condiments. That's right, if you ask for some ketchup packets, they expect you to pay--unlike every other McDonald's in Atlanta.
Drive one mile north or one mile south and you'll hit a McDonald's that doesn't try to nickel and dime its customers.

This has to be the best mcdonald's in the area and by area I'm talking about the whole county. The service is always amazing when I go at night after work. Ladies always serve me with a smile. I find it wonderful because the other locations hate to see customers coming. My favorite things about this location is the service and the food is always served hot. Thank you! I appreciate yall!

Outstanding, no other way to describe every aspect of my experience. I went at 1:20 on September 12, 2025 and the young women that took my pay and handed me my food were amazing. Such great customer service, super hot food, super fast service, super amazing place 💪🏻

This McDonald's location has terrible customer service I walked in during mid breakfast/lunch no proper form greetings first and the managers and the co worker be looking dumb founded like you don't know what you want to order and they can't take 5 minutes to order a simple order as soon as you walk in they automatically try to force you to use the kios machine even if you don't know how to I'm never going to this location again it's a waste of my time and a waste of my money it's the McDonald's on chamblee Peachtree industrial by the Publix I wouldn't recommend nobody to eat or spend there money their
