Outstanding, no other way to describe every aspect of my experience. I went at 1:20 on September 12, 2025 and the young women that took my pay and handed me my food were amazing. Such great customer service, super hot food, super fast service, super amazing place 💪🏻

This McDonald's location has terrible customer service I walked in during mid breakfast/lunch no proper form greetings first and the managers and the co worker be looking dumb founded like you don't know what you want to order and they can't take 5 minutes to order a simple order as soon as you walk in they automatically try to force you to use the kios machine even if you don't know how to I'm never going to this location again it's a waste of my time and a waste of my money it's the McDonald's on chamblee Peachtree industrial by the Publix I wouldn't recommend nobody to eat or spend there money their

The service in the morning is wonderful and I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐because Marlene is the best, but the customer service at night leaves a lot to be good. Orders come out incomplete and I don't realize it until I'm at my daughter's house.

It's one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I ordered a meal (which comes with fries) and an extra large side order of fries. When the items came out, I realized the extra order of fries was missing, but knowing I was charged for it, I asked where my fries were. The people working there clearly did not understand and keep saying the one fries were already in the bag. After a few back and forth, they just gave me a blank look at the drive-through.
Clearly, this McDonald's only speaks Spanish (which is fine) but at least understand some basic English to get the none Spanish speaking customers' order right isn't a hard ask.

Good food, good service, but there was a man using the internet. He took off his shoes and had very dirty, long nails. It was disgusting. I couldn't eat well.

Food is nice and fresh and management runs a good store. But the hospitality lacks. Can’t even get simple services or human decency.
Instead they laugh at you while you watch them…… all because I asked why you want to ring 20 cents on my card and when I say why. It cost you 15 cents transaction fees to run my card….. What’s next, I will need to pay for ketchup napkins straws and soap to wash my hands?
Come on, you are not making anyone smile with this kind of hospitality.

The girl who makes the iced coffee can't read English enough to know the difference between vanilla and caramel and the difference between bacon and sausage I ordered a sausage mc griddle and a vanilla iced coffee I got a bacon mc griddle and a caramel iced coffee and this wasn't my first experience with the same problem at the same McDonald's
