Great taste and unique way of making a pizza, more like a Subway. Average wait time from giving the order to actually get the pizza out from the oven is higher, but which is quite understandble because customization can take time. Overall i am impressed with this unique style of making a pizza. Taste was good too. I was in Atlanta only for a week therefore i must say one should definitely try and get one while in Atlanta. Next time I am in Atlanta, I will surely get another one.

They messed up my order with another person’s and were genuinely apologetic, but then they REALLY rushed to make mine because I said I needed to be somewhere soon, and I thought when they said they will put in the “hot” oven that it would cook faster. It was still raw, and on top of that it barely had any sauce or cheese. It was such a sad pizza, complete waste.

I was a huge fan of the yourpie type model.of pizza places so I thought mod pizza would be perfect. The cheese....the cheese must be like a vegan cheese or something. It was the big main bin of mozzarella they got it from....it didn't cook right. Was mushy and didn't even have any brown spots on it. I can't imagine anybody linking this. The pics look weird like they're discolored or something, but pay attention to the colors of the vegetables....they're all totally normally colored.

Upon walking in there wasn't a long wait.I didnt really like the energy of my server, he seemed like he was miserable and he talked extremely low like he was whispering. However, once i got through my order the cashier was pleasant. They cooked my pizza pretty fast and it came out good.If the new aged customer service isnt a deal breaker for you this is a great place to eat. There is plenty of parking and they have self seating dine in and outside seating. The bathroom and tables were pretty clean.The drink section was a little dirty.As always they have great prices. You can get your pizza in any way you like it with unlimited toppings. They have alot to choose from. The serving area was pretty clean and organized.Over all if you like pizza go to MODS!Its good quality food, how YOU like it for a great price i got an 11 inch pizza for $11.01.I love this place mostly because of the dairy free cheese. They also have plant based meats.

I went to MOD Pizza for the first time with a couple of co-workers after work on 8/2. MOD Pizza wasn't busy, but it seemed like it took longer than I expected to start building my pizza. The workers seemed to just be going through the motions to get customers orders taken care of, nothing special, nothing stood out, food was alright. Average place, I'd say.
Because the service was good , I only deducted one star - but they didn't have two ingredients I would normally put on pizza; I tried to improvise with other ingredients, but it didn't come out right. Hopefully, this supply - chain disruption only affects this location; if it becomes an issue at other locations, I will have no choice but to stop eating at their restaurants. I can't pay $21 for pizza I don't particularly care for every week:(
Dietary restrictions: They didn't have gluten - free crust so I tried cauliflower crust instead which tastes horrible :-(

Placed an order for delivery online. Was concerned it didn't show a delivery time before clicking order, but I took the risk. Got an email confirmation after that showed 35 min, which was fine. Then I notice that the delivery time kept getting pushed back. Then I get a text from a random number who turned out to be the delivery driver. It said they burned my breadsticks and they wouldn't be able to wait for them to make new ones. I call the store to get more info and the staff is completely incompetent. He says they're slammed and I can just come to the store for a refund. I say why can't you just cancel my order. He says he doesn't know how. I ask to speak to someone who does know, and he says no one knows, but the manager is on the way in. Then he hanga up. Take your money elsewhere. I've previously enjoyed Mod pizza, but this location isn't it.

I love the Mod pizza concept and have been in love with their ? from the start. But they need customer service training for their employees badly. Two girls behind the counter chose to play with receipts and (unnecessarily) replenish dough (ungloved I might add) while three of us waited for service for 15 minutes. We were really patient. The mistake we made was asking them to use gloves, since we already observed her pulling off her gloves to collect more dough from the back... dough touched her hands and her shirt. We just left... Horrible service which is probably why the place tends to be empty whenever we go around lunchtime. Time before that, another chick burnt all our pizzas. SMH...

I hate everything about having eaten here. My tastebuds still aren’t talking to me from the betrayal of having tried this place. I wish I could go back in time and have never walked in.My life would be better for not having the memory of what I ate, and the price I had to pay for my torture. Salad is super small, my pizza was made wrong, and it was incredibly sad at how little toppings are added that nearly 40% of the pizza is just underwhelming dough. The cheesy bread was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen (also mostly useless dough) and completely cardboard tasteless. My son wanted to stop here saying “you can never go wrong with pizza!” And walked out asking to never have to eat here again. Please stop giving pizza a bad name.
