The original owner sold his business. The noodles are no longer and pulled and the quality has gone down.
Hidden gem! Low prices for high quality food. Large portions and super tasty! One bowl easily lasts me two meals.

Really great Chinese breakfast made fresh to order. I loved the crispy garlic chive pie dripping with bright green chive oil, the lamb viscera soup, and the danbing with egg and cruller inside. Don’t let the viscera put you off of trying the lamb soup as it’s just a comforting, savory broth with soft, not chewy or gristly bits of lamb. And don’t forget to get dessert next door at Family Baking afterward!

The stir fried noodle absolutely the worst I’ve tasted in the town. Way too salty and greasy. Worst of the worst, few beef chucks came with the noodles are cold, which proves that the beef stew were from YESTERDAY. Im a meat lover. But I barely touched these beef dices since they are salty, cold and hard to chew. The beef tripe was fairly seasoned though. I understand you have to get some of the ingredients ready by your daily openings, but I do not want to pay $20 for leftover beef.

The lady used dirty hands to grab fried dough stick . Big hygiene problem. I got stomachache after eating their stuff. This is a very dirty and disgusting restaurant.
The lady taking the orders is very amicable and accommodating. We've visited twice and both experiences were like that. We don't speak Chinese, so she was able to communicate with us in English and answer questions we had. We ordered scallion pancakes in both occasions and they were made fresh. They were a highlight for my whole family. We also had their tomato and egg noodles, which were made with fresh vegetables and noodles. We will definitely return.
