The best Mexican food I’ve ever had outside of Mexico. Every dish is beautifully balanced and very well thought out and executed. The flavors and aromas are captivating. The portions are very generous as well. The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant are immaculate as well. A 10/10 experience, can’t recommend it highly enough.

This is a great date night spot. Drinks were great! The service was absolutely amazing and the food 10/10. Parking was a little bit inconvenient but there was heavy construction right by the restaurant so it was not the owners fault. I would highly recommend this place if you want good food and a nice vibe. I will definitely be coming back

We've been looking forward to visiting Oaxaca for about a year. Things started off well in a lovely seat on the patio, but never quite lived up to expectations. The menu is a bit restrictive and very expensive for what you actually get. Not a lot of meat/protein with the food and it was all served a tad too cool -- as if you needed to microwave it. Had to keep requesting more water, more utensils, napkins, share plates, they forgot a side dish we all were excited about (and had to remind them to take it off the bill), and literally had to pile up empty dishes on the side because the table was never properly or promptly cleared. Then there was an issue with flies -- OMG -- like four of them continuously buzzing the table. I know it's outdoors but I think they should invest in a fly trap or hidden zapper or more wind flow. We eat out quite often and this was exceptionally buzzy. Very off-putting to see flies all over the drinks and food with us constantly waving them away. Then when it came time for the check, we had to flag her down. Why does that keep happening at restaurants these days?? Just last week I was dining in Colony Square and the service was excellent until the end -- waited like 40 minutes for someone to bring the check. In any event, we gave it a thumbs down overall. And I was sad for it -- really had looked forward to it. Try Casio Cielo instead.

We stumbled on Oaxaca by accident. Our destination was closed and as we rode past Oaxaca, it looked really nice. We could not have been more pleased with how it all turned out.

We were seated outside in a breezeway. The sun was setting and was in my wife's eyes. Without us saying a word, someone lowered the blinds and came to check on her. Our server was prompt always and never pushy. He he was excited to make recommendations.

The food was surprising in that we had no expectations and were blown away by how good everything was. The tuna ceviche was fantastic. It was served over a mole sauce and I would not have thought those flavors would blend but they did. With a nice spice too. The shrimp burrito was enormous and the diablo sauce was a good kick. The enchiladas were perfect. And the margarita was strong but was mixed so well that it was smooth and not noticeably overdone on the tequila.

This is on our list as a place to return to often.

Y'all, just go here, alright? There is so much thought and effort put into this menu, and the food reflects that. The chips and tortillas are worth the trip in themselves. Get the birria, al pastor, tuna tostada, papas bravas, the list goes on... oh, and get on those cocktails.

Oaxaca Restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine and warm, attentive service. The flavors are rich and fresh, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Such a pretty restaurant! Food was great, it is a more upscale Mexican restaurant and you want to make reservations if going during peak time. The drinks were great and the pork belly tacos were out of this world! They are also accommodation for those with gluten allergies. Can't wait to go back.
