This place considers 3 small ribs a half rack. Their sides are equally microscopic. The quality is at best mediocre. For such high prices its outrageous to have such insulting portion sizes. Ribs are literally just wadded in some tinfoil.

I ate here a couple of years ago in 2022.. I got the chicken at the time. I visited this place in person. This time I got the brisket plate it's delicious. Says cooked for 22 hrs on the website on Uber Eats. The sides are alright Mac and cheese and potato salad. The brisket is good. I can taste the seasoning on it. The fat on the slices make it taste good also. The sauce is boss and they give you 2 slices of bread. I knew that the brisket was going to be delicious when I saw it in butcher paper iykyk. That's a good thing not a red flag. The brisket is sliced right also not thick like roast beef. I got my food on 12/8/2025.. Pull up and check them out or get you some food through Uber Eats.

Love the ribs. Brunswick stew was tasty but very runny and thin. Baked beans are delicious and slaw is pretty good.

Got a 1/2 chicken with one side , no drink $15.68! They have seriously bumped their prices recently, I must say that the chicken was excellent, hot, cooked to perfection, but $15.68 is a little pricey, Heirloom BBQ is my favorite and they don’t gouge you

Bbq was very good. Ribs were very good eventhough it was almost closing time. Only issue was can drinks. But they were ice cold. If I the are will go again.

Great bbq place that offers delicious pulled pork and ribs. The Mac and cheese was delicious with just the right amount of seasoning. The price was also great.

Only reason why the food got four stars because the Brunswick stew was missing the touch of barbecue sauce, but the collard greens are amazing some of the best collard greens I've eaten in a long time I hope my grandma don't' be mad.

This is your typical BBQ joint. You order at the counter, pay, pick up your own food, and clean your table once you are done.

I ordered combo #3 (ribs and brisket). The ribs were decent and the brisket was extremely lean. I like the vinegar BBQ sauce and sweet BBQ sauce that came with the tray. The collard greens and mac were the stars of the show. I will return just for the sides. White bread was just blah.

This is a stand alone building that is huge and hard to miss. Plenty of parking.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆
Old Brick BBQ Pit

Stopped by Old Brick BBQ Pit recently, hoping for a great BBQ experience, but overall it was a bit marginal. The flavors were okay, but the meats lacked that deep smoke and tenderness that make BBQ truly special. Service was friendly enough, and the place has a decent atmosphere — but for the price, I was expecting a little more.

I suggest the pit master visit Stilleswitch BBQ in Austin or locally Heirloom BBQ for representation of exceptional #smokedmeats. For around $40, I excepted a different culinary experience.

Sometimes it’s not just about the meal — it’s about the whole experience, and that’s where those two spots really shine.

Back in Chamblee for dinner at a spot that feels like it has anchored the neighborhood for decades. As soon as I stepped out of the car, the scent of slow-cooked meat drifted through the air and I knew I was in for something special.

I went with the brisket, cole slaw, and collards. Skipped the bread. The brisket was tender and flavorful, not oversized and not greasy. Every bite had depth and richness, and it was so soft I could slice it with the edge of the plastic fork. It practically dissolved.

Even at 6pm, the cole slaw held its crunch and had a touch of sweetness that balanced the plate. The collards were a standout—tangy, savory, and loaded with bits of meat that added texture and soul. I finished everything. Not a scrap left.

They do offer a small pot of sauce. It was good. But honestly, the brisket didn’t need it. It was already juicy and full of flavor.
